I screamed out as his hands roamed my body freely, no one here to stop him.
His bandana was covering his face, like usual, but his eyes were different.
"Stop! Please, just leave me alone!" I screamed, trying to push him off of me.
He just laughed, his bandana falling down a bit before he could catch it.
In a single second I knew who he was. I could tell by his perfect teeth and stubbly chin hairs. The perfect teeth that I once loved, the hairs that once poked my face as we kissed.
"Casper?" I asked, feeling his hands grip my sides roughly.
He threw me back, my back aching as I made impact with the cold dirt. I scrambled back, trying my best to get away from him.
"It's over, Raeleigh. Now that you know who I am I have no choice," Casper yelled, reaching his hand behind him for something.
I scooted back until I collided with a tree, my head aching as I slammed into it.
"No, please Casper, don't do this!" I screamed.
I screamed again, right as he pulled the pistol from the back of his pants.
"I have to," He mumbled before pulling the trigger.
It took me a second to realize what just happened, the screams coming from me sounded distant as I looked up at Casper.
The pain in my chest made me want to scream, but by now I was coughing up too much blood to scream again.
He was smiling at me, a creepy smile that I knew only meant one thing.
This is the end for me.
"No!"
Before I could process who's voice I heard, Casper was on the ground. Archer emerged from behind him holding a rock.
He dropped the rock, falling to his knees beside me.
"No, you're okay, Raeleigh, you'll be fine!" He yelled, screaming for someone to help.
"It's over for me, Archer. I'm sorry I treated you so horribly when we first met, I'm sorry it took me so long to realize how amazing you are," I mumbled, letting a single tear slip down my cheek as Archer screamed.
His hand held my chest, trying his best to stop the bleeding. It didn't matter, though. I knew how this would end.
"No! You're gonna be fine, baby. I promise," he whispered, kissing me softly.
I could feel the pain on his wet lips, the tears coating them couldn't hide it. My body shook as he held me, his hands covered in my blood and his cheeks soaked in his own tears.
"I'm not, Archer. I'm sorry," I mumbled, my vision blurring quickly.
"No, Raeleigh! Baby, wake up!' He screamed as my vision became completely black.
"Raeleigh, wake up!"
I jerked awake quickly, my head throbbing as I opened my eyes.
I looked around, the tears brimming my eyes as they found Archer's.
"It was just a dream, you're okay," He whispered, pulling me into his chest.
I let a few tears fall, my heart still racing as Archer held me.
"I thought..." I mumbled, unable to form a complete sentence about what I just dreamed about.
