Suddenly Family

Part 5

It was time for the guys to go on their promo tour.
Bill was checking Berlin's bag like crazy and packing extra clothes, diapers, formula and toys just in case.
"Bill, does she really need all that stuff?" Tom asked
"Yes. Berlin needs clean clothes, extra diapers, formula and toys because she needs to be fed, entertained and kept clean during this promo tour." Bill said as he finished packing
"Look who's awake!" Georg said as he carried Berlin into the living room and put her in her stroller
"Hello Pinky! Do you want a toy to play with while we pack?" Gustav asked as he handed Berlin her toy phone calling her 'Pinky' because of her pink outfit.
Bill closed Berlin's diaper bag and backpack then set both aside.
"Where's her Pack n Play?" Bill asked as he picked Berlin (who was pushing buttons on her toy cell phone) up from her stroller and held her close
"I don't know." Tom replied
"I'll get it. I saw it in the kitchen." Georg said
Bill turned to Gustav and glared.
"What?!" Gustav asked "I wanted to keep an eye on her while I cleaned out the fridge."
"Oh." Tom replied as he picked up Berlin's bags and went downstairs.
Soon, everything was packed into the van when....
"Oh Gott!" Bill said as he put Berlin in her car seat then, picked her back up
"What's wrong?" Tom asked
"We forgot something." Bill replied as he made a face
"Oh...Oh!" Tom replied as he pulled out some things from Berlin's diaper bag then, put it in the back seat then he started cooing at Berlin as Bill began to change her to distract her so she wouldn't get bored.
Berlin smiled up at Tom as he cooed at her.
Later, Bill put Berlin back in her car seat as Georg and Gustav finished packing for the trip.
When they were on the plane, Berlin began to cry.
"Ssssh...Linnie, it's okay. Don't cry."Tom said as got up from his seat and walked with Berlin tucked safely in her blanket up and down the aisle letting her suck on his finger.
Meanwhile, Bill got the portable DVD player and a German dubbed "Sesame Street" DVD out of Berlin's backpack and set it up.
"Are you sure she's going to stay awake long enough to watch this show?" Georg asked
"Maybe. But at least this will keep Berlin quiet." Bill replied as Tom sat down holding Berlin close
"She's hungry." he said
Bill handed Tom one of one of Berlin's bottles and then went back to fiddling with the DVD player.
Finally, Bill was able to get the DVD working and Berlin's focus was on her bottle and the DVD.
"She looks so cute!" Bill said, smiling as he admiring Berlin
"Ja! She's also very hungry." Tom said as he put Berlin's bottle in her bag and proceeded to burp her.
"But now, she's trying to be a messy baby." Bill said as he took a cloth out of Berlin's bag and proceeded to clean her up.
While he did this, Berlin let out a whine then a small cry.
"What's wrong Berlin? Am I in your way? I'm just trying to clean you up." Bill said
Tom just laughed and gave Berlin her teddy bear to cuddle with so she can rest quietly .
"Don't worry Lin. A nap will make it all better." he said
