Suddenly Family

Part 10

In the days following the promo tour, one of the things that the guys focused on was taking care of Berlin.

It was like this since they returned to LA to plan the tour.

Of course, since Georg and Gustav were to leave to go back to Germany soon, Bill and Tom had spent less time in their home studio and more time with Berlin.

But, some things still needed work as far as plans for the tour went.

One day while the twins were alone, Tom was in the home studio looking at the stage setup and thinking about how to improve it so Georg wouldn't complain so much.

Then, Bill came in while carrying Berlin.

"Are you still looking at that stage setup?" he asked as he sat next to Tom

"It's not like you have to use it." Tom replied

Bill laughed as he cuddled Berlin and said "Ja. But, you were okay with the design."

"True." Tom replied "But Georg's still bugging me about it."

Bill clicked his tongue.

"He needs to get over it already!" he said

This made Tom laugh out loud.

Berlin made an uncomfortable noise as she wiggled in Bill's arms.

Both twins looked down at the infant in concern.

"What's wrong Linnie?" Tom asked

"Awww...are you sleepy?" Bill asked in a high pitched voice

Then, Tom got an idea.

"Maybe she wants her panda." he said

Bill gasped.

"Schiesse! I don't know where it is!" Bill confessed

"It has to be around here somewhere. We couldn't have left it in Paris." Tom said as he got up from his chair to look for the missing toy only to leave his younger twin with a now inconsolable Berlin

"Hurry up!" Bill said as he bounced Berlin up and down to console her

As Bill walked around, he saw something on the floor.

"What's that?" He asked Berlin in a high pitched voice as he knelt down to get a closer look

As the item came into view, Bill saw that another one of Berlin's toys had fallen under the sofa.

He picked it up and before Berlin noticed, he put it in his pocket since he couldn't give it back to her in the filthy condition it was in.

Later, Tom came back from searching for the missing toy and shook his head.

"Nothing." He said

"I found something but it's not clean." Bill said as he pulled the toy out of his pocket

Tom took the toy and said "This is what we were looking for."

Once Berlin heard that, she made "grabby hands" and whined.

"Sorry Berlin, your toy needs to be cleaned first." Bill told the small child
