I didn't stay at Cal's for long because I was going to go and see Jack in hospital I didn't expect Cal to come with me because he was busy with editing his YouTube videos and I understood that so I said goodbye to him and Harry and left their flat and went to the hospital. When I got into my car my phone started to ring and I saw Tobi's caller ID so before I left for the hospital I answered his call to see what he wanted.
"What's up Tobi?" I asked him
"Simon, him and Leah have been arguing he's sat in his room on his phone arguing with her over a call."
"Well do you know what it's about?"
"Leah is getting annoyed at the fact that Simon is spending a lot of his time making videos and not enough time with her and their relationship." Tobi explained, I sighed heavily before I answered him
"Well she needs to understand that doing this is how he makes his living but I do understand why she's upset he does need to spend time with her. The thing with Leah is that she has been screwed over so many times by boys and she thinks that if they aren't spending time with it's either because she's done something wrong or they are cheating but I know Simon isn't like that."

"Can you just come to the house and talk to him?" Tobi asked me
"I can't I've got to be somewhere but I could possibly come over later but I'm making no promises." I said seriously
"Okay I get it, I'll see if I can calm him down. Thanks Iris." Tobi replied
"No problem just tell him what I told you about Leah he'll understand better then I hope, but I've got to go now Tobi but I'll see you soon." Tobi and I said goodbye before I ended the call and drove to the hospital. Right now Simon and Leah were the last thing on my mind I had Jack and spending my time with him on my mind and he was my top priority and now that I'm dating Cal he will be able to take the load off and help me through all of this. I arrived at the hospital and smiled at the receptionist I then walked down the hall and saw the doctors walking out of Jack's room they were monitoring him just to see if he had made any recent changes but like all the other times he hadn't and I was finding that easier and easier to accept that he might not wake up and that was okay.

"You are going to think I'm lying when I tell you this but, Cal and I are dating and yes I mean Calfreezy. He was been amazing Jack nearly every time that I have come to stay with you he was been here too the only reasons he sometimes hasn't is when he is filming or editing videos for his channel and by the way you have a lot of videos to catch up on by the way, dad came back the other day to see mum he's been visiting you occasionally when he can get time off work but that's all we can ask, mum is learning to accept that you might not wake up and so am I and that's okay so if you want to let go you do it when you're ready." When I said all of that to Jack his fingers twitched but like last time I just thought it was a trapped nerve that was until he took hold of my hand and squeezed it ever so slightly but it was enough for me to feel it.
"Jack?" I questioned, I leaned forward in my chair and I watched as his eyes fluttered open he looked at me and let out a little smile
"Iris?" He croaked out my name quietly
"Y-yeah it's me you're going to be fine Jack." I smiled as I wiped away a tear that fell down my cheek I then let out a light laugh of disbelief and a smile. I got out my phone and rung my mum and dad to tell them about Jack. I stayed in the room with Jack when the doctors and mum and dad came in to see him, mum broke down into tears of joy while Dad comforted her and smiled at Jack and I.

(*Time Skip*)

After letting mum and dad spend time with Jack I got out my phone to call Cal because I knew that he would want to know since he had been through all of this with me and supported me through it all since I told him all about it.
"Cal I need you to come to the hospital." I said with a slight grin on my face
"What's wrong Iris is Jack okay?"
"He-he's fine he's awake Cal."
"Really?!" Cal was shocked
"Yeah mum and dad are with him now, he's been awake for a few hours I didn't know whether to call you straight away because I didn't know if you were filming or something but I would really like it if you would come and see him."
"Iris that's amazing, you should've rung me straight away I would've dropped it all to come and see the both of you. Give me ten minutes and I'll be at the hospital." He said happily
"Okay see you soon." I said with the same smile from earlier on my face, I ended the call and walked back into Jack's room to see him talking to mum and dad about the normal stupid things that he is interested in but it made them all smile so it didn't matter. I walked out of the room to wait for Cal to turn up and when he did I smiled at him as he walked over and hugged me tightly I then took him by the hand and walked him into Jack's room so they could see each other again.
"Cal!" Jack said excitedly
"We'll give you some time." Mum said as she took dad's hand and led him out of the room so the three of us could talk to each other.

"Hey Jack how are you feeling?" Cal asked him as he sat on the chair next to the bed
"I'm feeling better, so you and Iris." Jack smiled as he wiggled his eyebrows at us which made us all laugh
"You told him?" Cal asked me
"Well I didn't think that he would wake up, I only did it a few hours ago and I think this now earns me major sister points right Jack?" I asked him
"Totally!" We then high-fived each other and laughed again, this was the first time that I had laughed properly in what felt like years and years.
"Have I missed any big events?" Jack asked Cal
"No nothing at all, just a lot of videos that you need to catch up on." Cal replied
"Yeah Iris told me." He smiled
"Well why don't we start now?" Cal suggested
"I'd like that." Jack replied with a smile
"Iris are you going to join us?" Cal asked
"Yeah sure." I smiled, I then got out my laptop from my bag and placed it on Jack's legs and went onto YouTube so he could watch his first video, Cal and I sat either side of him on the bed I put my arm around Jack while he watched the videos I then tapped Cal on the shoulder.
'Thank you' I mouthed to him which he replied with a simple smile, we leaned in and kissed behind Jack discretely,
"You know I can see you both in the laptop's reflection from the screen right?" He asked as he looked up behind him
"Nothing gets passed you does it?" I asked all Jack did was shake his head which made me smile and Cal let out a slight laugh, we then all focused our eyes on the screen while watching the videos. I then slipped my hand into Cal's and intertwined our fingers together which he then looked at me and smiled and I smiled back at him.
