As soon as I bumped in him, I felt that familiar scent of his cologne. When we used to date, I loved cuddling to him and breathing in that perfect scent until I'd fall asleep. But now it just reminded me of how he's no long mine.

Justin's breaths were starting to get quicker and his gaze was trying to catch mine but I avoided any kind of eye contact, afraid that it's going to make me weak. And, I didn't want that. Quickly and sharply, I jerked away from him, hurrying back to the living room.

I started to do first random thing that came in handy (cleaning up kids toys from the cream colored carpet and stuffing them in the boxes) without even annalyzing what I was doing. I wondered what did Justin have that made me go insane? He was handsome but that's not it. Maybe it was that kind of electric tension, attraction I felt ever since I was 16 and it seemed to live up now.

I finally finished with picking the toys up and saw Justin, casually leaned on the doors and staring at me with some kind of expression I could not read. He looked like he was about to laugh, like he had fun. "Would you put the shirt already?!" I asked him, trying my best to sound sarcastic which entrertained him even more.

"Why?" Justin chuckled at my nervousity. Whoa, somebody was over egoistic. I think that Justin was quite bossy and possesive even back in high school but not as much as he is now. "You have to go to the work, sir!" I said, trying to make up normal exuse. Which wasn't a lie, he WAS late.

"Selena..." Justin said with a sigh, almost rolling his eyes. In that moment, it seemed like I saw a trace of that fun boy he used to be before we broke up but it dissapeared as quick as it came.

Justin aproached me, lifting my chin up with his thumb. Just when I was about to say how wrong this all is and how he needs to leave, we heard kids' voices from upstairs.

Thank God.
