Quil: Monster

It was you 1 month anniversary and as corny as this sounds, Quil was taking you for a picnic in the woods to celebrate it.

The spot he wanted to take you to was quite far away but you didn't mind because you loved he forest.

Usually Quil would warn you to never go into forest but right now he knew you'd be safe because here hadn't been a vampire spotting in a while and he was there to protect you.

You got to the spot and Quil laid the picnic blanket out, you began to lay the food out for the two of you and that's when Quil suddenly stood up.

"Y/N when I say, I want you to run as fat as you can to Sam's place and don't look back." He said making you frown. "What? Why?" You asked but Quil remained stiff.

"Now!" He yelled before dragging you to your feet and shoving you in the direction you needed to go in.

Suddenly Quil ran forward and that's when you saw the other guy running, he was ignoring Quil and making a b-line towards you.

Even though he looked it, he didn't seem human and you were frozen in fear as he ran for you.

Quil wouldn't let that happen though, he would rip this intruder limb from limb before he let you get hurt.

Quil turned into his wolf, not caring that you'd probably run and never talk you him again.

Quil began to fight with the blood sucker and soon was able to tear it's sickeningly pale head from its body but you didn't stuck around to see that.

No, you did exactly as he said and ran to Sam's house. Usually it would of taken you half an hour to get to Sam's from where you were but you were nearly there within 20 minutes.

You were about to exit the forest when you felt something tug on your arm. You let out an ear piercing scream as you turned to see your attacker.

But it wasn't the man, it was Quil. He was stood in front on you with a shirtless torso, messy hair and a bloody lip.

"Shhhh- it's just me!" Quil said trying to reassure you but you didn't know if you wanted it to be Quil stood in front of you.

"Quil- what was that back there?" You yelled. Quil was panting due to his fight and chasing after you.

"You're going to think that I'm crazy but- this world is full of monsters Y/N." You just stared at him.

"Monsters that will do anything to kill humans like you-" you frowned as he called you human. "Then- where is it? Is it going to-" you were filled with fear at the thought of that human like creature coming after you.

"I killed it." He said making your blood run cold. "Because I'm a monster too- but I promise that I'll never hurt you!" Quil voice was filled with worry and fear because he didn't want to lose you.

"You're not a monster Quil, monsters kill people." You said putting your hand on his chest, his touch always calmed you.

"You're more like a knight in shining armour." Quil laughed, he liked that. "Come on, let's get you somewhere safe." He said before putting his arm around you.
