When the clock read 11:58 pm, I walked outside of the dorm as quietly as I can, tiptoeing my way out. The dim lights did little to show me who was there so I quietly put my back against the wall in case it was someone I didn't know.

I continued walking quietly down the hall, the lights getting a little bit brighter as I made my way farther. Soon, I heard soft footsteps coming my way. I almost didn't hear them.

Then, I see my sister, Beatrice walking towards me, sporting swollen lips and hair that clearly says 'I tried to fix it but my hot boyfriend messed it up too much so I gave up'.

I wonder why...

She gave me a stern look once she reached me, saying I did something wrong. "You should know that an initiate cannot have any kind of affair with an instructor."

"Wow, great way to start a conversation with your oh-so-beautiful sister who you so love so much and didn't see in three years." I say rolling my eyes sarcastically.

She mimicked my eyes but I can still see the small smile she had. "Follow me."

I studied her now still face. She matured quite a lot here in Dauntless. And I do admit it, she looked damn intimidating.

"What are you lookin' at?" She raised her brow.

"Who are you and what have you done to my sister?" I said, saying my thoughts aloud.

She shook her head with a trace of a smile gracing her lips. "I'm still your sister, you idiot."

Silence engulfed the hall.

I was left in my own thoughts.

Will I be just as scary after the initiation? Will I pass the initiation? Is she really dating Four? Four is so hot.

How old is he?

She shrugged. "Why are you asking?"

Oops. Did I say that out loud?

"Yes. Now answer my question."

"Just testing out our chances." I shrugged.

"You think you'd have one?" She chuckled, a hint of doubt dancing in her tone.

"I'd like to think we do." I nodded. "Do you think we have a chance?"

She burst out laughing.
