Chapter 6: New Girl

The Next Morning

Ethan's P.O.V

I woke up with the biggest smile on my face. I kissed Christian. Wow. That the first time I've kissed anyone more than a year younger than me. Let alone 3 years. I don't care anymore. Love is love.

Wait. Did I just say love? I can't be in love with her can I?

Christian's P.O.V

My thoughts were interrupted by my phone vibrating. I got a text from an unknown number

Unknown: Hey sexy
Me: Eth?
Unknown: No Shakira
Unknown: Yes babe, and I had a good time last night.
Me: Me too
Ee-tee-wee-tee💘: We should hang out tonight.
Me: sure what time?
Ee-tee-wee-tee💘: 7?
Me: ok my place or yours?
Ee-tee-wee-tee💘: mine I'll see then.
Me: ok:)

I sat up and opened the blinds in my window next to my bed. As I stared out the window I noticed a moving truck in the parking lot. I looked closer then noticed a girl that looked about my age carrying boxes up into our building.

I want to go meet her and see if she needs help but I should probably look presentable and not like a total slob, so I changed into my white adidas baggy shirt and yoga pants along with my high top adidas shoes.

I walk down the hall then through the front door and down the stairs so I can go introduce myself.

"Hey, I'm Chris. Do you need any help?" I say as I make my way towards her standing by the moving truck.

"Hi, I'm Em, and yeah that'd be great thanks." She said with a bright smile.

We both grab a couple of boxes then I follow her up the stairs.

"Hey, you live right above me!" I say.

"Oh cool!" She said opening the door.

We spent the next hour talking about stuff we like and unpacking her stuff. Turns out we both like a lot of the same stuff like marching, twilight, Star Wars, and other basic stuff.

Then what she said that made me jump was "Oh and I love the Dolan Twins"

I didn't know if I should tell her now or just introduce her to them, but I just couldn't help myself so I said. "Well, your gonna shit yourself when you find out that live right next to me."

She just sat there in shock.

"SHUT...THE...FUCK...UP" she said with tears in her eyes.

"See when I first found out I didn't have anyone to say stuff like that with so you are blessed with my company." I said with a chuckle.

"I can't believe this though" she said. "This is huge."

"Do you want to meet them, I have Ethan's number." I say as she looks like she's about puke because of how overwhelmed she is. Wow this chick could be my twin.

About an hour or two later we headed down to my apartment when Ethan came out of his followed by Grayson.

"Hey guys" I say as I stopped myself from walking in my place.

"Hey Chris, who's your friend?" Grayson asked pointing to Em.

"This is Em, she just moved in upstairs." I replied while she just stood there shy but in shock like I was when I first met the twins.

"We were about to go to see a movie, do you guys wanna join?" Ethan asked.

"Uh yeah sure, just let me grab a jacket." I said walking inside.

Throughout the whole movie Em and Gray seemed to hit it off pretty well so I invited the twins and Em to come over and hang out for a while since my mom had to go out of town for a business trip and my brother, Liam, was at my dads.

The whole night we spent playing truth or dare and never have I ever and a few more games. Em and Gray see to really like each other. I can see them dating.

Em's P.O.V

I was overwhelmed when I met the twins, especially Grayson, but now I'm just really happy that I've made friends here already. I can finally get away from my past. Well, at least I can try.

Grayson's P.O.V

I think I like Em. I know I just met her today, but she seems pretty nice, funny, and just a chill person over all.

Wait I don't even know how old she is. I think she's Chris's age. Is that a bad thing to like a 14 year old?

The Next Morning

Christian's P.O.V

I woke up to the sound of a loud bang from upstairs and someone yelling. I jump out of bed and slip on some converse. As I swing open the front door and make my way outside it seems the twins were doing the same.

"Did you guys here that too?" I asked.

"Yeah, it sounds like it came from Em's place." Ethan said

"We need to make sure if she's okay." I stated.

"Wait Chris, let us go, I don't want you getting hurt." Ethan said stopping me.

They both stepped in front of me and began up the stairs to Em's apartment. Gray began to knock on the door, but before he got to the second knock the door flew open.

What was revealed was something unforgettable. It was Em all bloody and bruised. Before any of us could do anything someone's hands were around her throats pulling her back in and slamming the door shut.
