Grayson's P.O.V
I was woken up by a nurse telling me that visiting hours are over and only family are aloud to stay so I lie and say "She's my fiancé."
She lets me stay so I sit back down.
"How's the baby?" I ask her before she walks out of the room.
"We are going to run some test on her and the baby in the morning. Now get some rest." She says then exits the room.

The Next Morning
Em's P.O.V
I wake up, but I can't open my eyes. I can't move my arms. I can't move a muscle. I feel trapped in my own body. No matter how hard I try to move, I just can't. No matter how loud I scream. No one can here me.
I can hear everything that's going on around me, but no one knows.
I here footsteps coming into the room.
"Hey, Em." The person says. Grayson.
"Well I don't if you can here me, but I have some news, the baby is actually babies. We're having twins. I guess it runs in the family, huh." I here him pull a chair close to me, and then I feel his soft warm hand grab mine.
"They are a boy and a girl." He says
