Chapter 20: the unexpected

Christian's P.O.V

Today is me and Ethan's 3 month anniversary. I'm not going to say anything though, because we haven't ever even put a label that we are boyfriend and girlfriend yet. So it's technically just an anniversary of the first time we kissed.

Although everyone thinks we're dating, I just don't know if Ethan really wants to date me. I know he likes me, because he shows it all the time. I like him too, but I don't want to get hurt. I just don't know.

I snapped out of my thoughts by my phone vibrating. I pick it up and get a text from Ethan.

Ee-tee-wee-tee💘: hey meet me outside in 20?
Me: okay?
Ee-tee-wee-tee💘: oh and dress nice I'm taking you somewhere.
Ee-tee-wee-tee💘: even tho you always look nice ;)
Me: okay I'll see then.

I set my phone down and begin to get ready to go out with Ethan.

Once I was done it was about 5 minutes until I had to meet Ethan. I decided to check twitter. I noticed I had got a notification that some girl name Brittney had followed me. She looked familiar, but I don't know why.

Once I was done going through twitter, it was time to meet Ethan outside. I walk out the door and down the stair to find Ethan in a suit holding a red rose.

"You look beautiful." He said walking towards me.

"Thank you." I say and start to blush like crazy.

We drove about 20 minutes in his car until we reached the restaurant. It was very fancy. The lighting was dark and romantic.

"How many?" A waitress about our age came up and said.

"Two." Ethan replied.

We followed the waitress to our table.

"Can I get you started with any drinks?" She asked.

"Water." Ethan said.

She turned towards me and smile faded.

"I'll do a water also." I said.

"I will be right out with those." The waitress said, winking at Ethan then giving me a snobby look.

"What's wrong?" Ethan said grabbing my hand.

"Nothing." I gave him a fake smile.

The rest of the dinner was romantic and amazing. It was everything a girl could ask for.

"Christian," Ethan said standing up.

"Ever since the day I met you, there was something about you that drew me in. I had to get to know you. I knew that if I didn't that there would be something missing in my life. I love you with everything I have. I promise to make you the happiest woman alive." He said.

Then he got down on one knee. He pulled out a box and opened it revealing the most gorgeous ring I've ever seen.

"I know people might say we are too young, but I say that age is just a number. So would you make me the happiest man alive, and do me the honor of marrying me?"

The whole restaurant was dead silent.

"Ethan...I"
