I left the doctor and her lovely assistant and made my way home, it had been an unexpected bonus to get both of them but I felt my strength increasing with every encounter.

The omelette was excellent and mum made use of some leftover salad to make the meal all the more wonderful.

After tea I helped mum to do the washing up and then looked at my watch.

7.15pm.

“Sorry mum, I need to get ready”
