Awakenings - Part One

“Did the plan work sis?”
“Yes, it went like a dream”
“That’s good, nothing worse than a filthy vampire who doesn’t know its place”.

“But you got careless and should have waited for the signal”.

“I know but we needed the location and I wanted to be of some use”.
“You were, now you best sleep”.
I left the side of my sister Cordelia and went into the adjoining room to go and meet my guest.

“Lady Rosetta, it’s a pleasure to finally meet you”.

She nodded her head.
“Thank you for all that has been done, with the knowledge we can finally be rid of these meddlesome vampire kind”.

“Are you coming with us to Italy, to seek out the Brotherhood?”
“Of course, my agents are already on their way to the airport”.

“Good, then I better contact Penny and prepare for the battle to come”.
I walked back to see that Cordelia was asleep.

Eternally so, for she paid the ultimate price for her mistake.
“You mourn for her?”
“She was my sister”.
“None of our kind are family, it has a habit of causing chaos”.

“I know…”.
I followed Lady Rosetta out of the hotel after lighting a match in the room, no trace of their having ever been one of us there, that’s how it had to be.

I mourned for the loss of Cordelia but I promised that I would see this plan through to the end and be successfully or I would join her in the after life.

We watched from a fair distance as the hotel was consumed by fire but not enough to cause a problem and the fire engines soon had the blaze under control.

I turned to my companion.
“So what now?”

“My foot soldiers are in place, we need to have a meeting and discuss strategy…..Knowing Pamela this will not be easy, I can sense her presence and having seen her number two I know that the power is strong, defeating them will be a challenge and their will be many deaths”.

I was appalled by this turn of events.

“She has agents close to the Brotherhood, it may already be too late if enough of them have been turned”.

“But we do have the element of surprise”.

“Of course…..she wont know that some of her own agents are mixed breeds, we can use this to our advantage….but now I must meet the mother of Holly”.

We walked quickly to my car and sped off in the direction of her house.
“Why do you need to speak with her?”

“We received word that Pamela took the virginity of Holly”
“She did?”
“And bit her too, but the contaminant in her blood was enough to stop her being changed”.

“Damn poor girl, she deserved more than that”.

“I know and the problem is that if Pamela remembers her basic training when she was turned then she will know that despite not having control over Holly, she can hypnotise her”.
“I don’t follow……what can we do?”

“This might sound sick to you but her mother must make love to her daughter and remove the poisonous taint that is contained with her daughters vagina”.

“But Penny dealt with that”.

She looked at me with a face that masked grave and utter concern.

“You mean the Doctor?”

“Yes, she is a Doctor”

“She is also an agent for the Vampires…..for Pamela!”.
