"Harper, reschedule the seminar for Refugee-Care and would you please cancel the stock meeting at three? Monty called for another emergency meeting." Clarke rushes past her assistant, trying to get to her office since she's already ten minutes late.
"Wait, Clarke! That meeting was to finalize all of the sales if you don't go our sales could-" Harper was cut off when the philanthropist slammed her office door in her face. "drop."

"I am so sorry Monty, I had to listen to Jasper's orientation ceremony." Clarke huffs and sits down in her office chair while Monty stands up in greeting in front of her.
"That's quite alright Clarke, how did it go?" Monty smiles politely and sits down.
"Jasper fainted halfway through and Octavia scared all the Baby-Skies to death so, pretty well." Baby-Skies were what they called the new employees who still had to get the hang of the company, like the first name basis rule, the dress code, and more policies that Clarke herself narrowly followed.
"Sounds like good ol' Jasper." Monty replies with honesty, those two had been friends since the beginning.
"Stop beating around the bush, it's not everyday my head of social affairs calls me in the middle of orientation. What's going on?" Clarke sets a serious facial expression as she gets ready for Monty's news.
"The um, the gang, Trikru, they've um vandalized a building of yours." Monty places a report which included photos, witnesses, and police input.
Clarke groans and analyzes the papers "Have it cleaned up and have Bellamy speak to the press that this is just a statement of our success, the public lov-"
"That's not it." Monty cuts in, "They've vandalized one of Debnam's too." Clarke looks up in shock, after all the head of the company, Lexa Woods, did state that she was raised under the gangs care.
"Why would they do that?" Clarke manages to sputter out, getting out a pen and writing a memo on a sticky note.
"Not confirmed, but Debnam requests a meeting with you on how to end the gang." Monty stands up and gazes out of Clarke's office window, which was on the 73rd floor.
"End the gang? That's...drastic, and new." Clarke takes a breath before continuing. "I'd love to meet some lawyer they hired but-" Clarke was cut off yet again when Monty adds his final piece.
"The head of Debnam, Clarke." Monty pressures. "Lexa Woods wants to meet with you." Monty hears Clarke's pen drop.
"Come again?" Clarke coughs out, making sure she heard correctly. The two companies had a public rivalry and competed in stocks since their start. For the head of Debnam to request a meeting with the head of Skai was of strangest things, what made it more strange was that Debnam wanted to shut down Trikru, were Debnam was rumored to have started.
What made it harder for Clarke to swallow was the fact that she had never seen the head, not through a screen or even a paper. Heck, there was no proof that she even existed.
"The head of Debnam wants to negotiate a deal to end Trikru. And I think you should, they're wasting enough of our finances." Monty states, sitting back down in front of Clarke, who just thoughtfully stared in open space.
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend, right?"
"Exactly." Monty stands up, glad to have reached a conclusion.
"Oh and Monty, send Harper in on your way out." Monty nods in response and a few seconds later Harper rushes in with an annoyed look on her face.
"Are you mad at me?" Clarke asks, slightly pouting.
"No, I understand you're busy." Harper replies with a small smile.
"As an apology for closing the door on you, here's my gift Chipotle card, unused." Clarke reluctantly hands over the green card.
"Thanks Clarke, you're the best." Harper says in delight as she leaves the office.
"Yea I know."

"Wait, hold up, you mean the head of Debnam, the Big Boss, the leader, the commander, the God of Debnam. Wants to meet you, Clarke, my roommate." Raven sits on the kitchen island, still trying to comprehend what her housemate had told her.
"Why's that so hard to believe?" Octavia asks as she sits next to Raven, her phone in hand.
"Thank you O." Clarke says as she struggles to make a sort of meal.
"I'm not backing you up Clarkie I'm just saying it's a good business plan. You are taking down a common rival." Octavia reasoned without looking up from her phone.
"I'm sorry but Lexa Woods has never done a single business deal, she's built that company from the ground with no one's help. She's a business machine." Raven rants as Clarke repeatedly burns her hand while mixing some mush on a fry pan.
"You think I haven't?" Clarke asks quietly and sets down her catastrophic creation.
"Clarke I'm sorry but you're an investor as well, Debnam is a global enterprise with no connections. The woman's a genius." Raven then looks at what Clarke is making and says, "Damn, what did we do to you to deserve this?"
"It's an omelet!" Clarke defends herself, "I'm trying a new recipe okay."
"Babe I've seen an omelet, and that is not it." Octavia states as she gets up to go to the living room.
"You don't expect us to eat that do you?" Raven asks, sticking her tongue out as the substance bubbled.
"Already ordered the pizza!" Octavia says over her shoulder.
"Oh thank the sky." Raven says and then leaves for her room.
"You guys are mean." Clarke pouts and pokes her creation. She drops it when it burbles.
