Randhir woke up with a jolt, remembering all his misdeeds. His orbs automatically rained with unshed tears.

"Don't push me away Randhir! One day, you will miss me. You will crave to be with me, but I may leave you and go" He could still hear her trembling voice and his wails grew louder. He couldn't take it any longer.

Randhir stood up and rushed to the adjacent room. It was early morning and except for the nuns in charge of night duty, there was no one else around. Randhir dashed into her ward and in no time, he was crying in her arms.

"I'm sorry Angel... I'm sorry for everything!" He burst into tears once again, nuzzling his face into her shoulder, while all she did was to lay there unconscious.

"Please don't leave me! I can't live without you Angel, not even a second" he hiccupped and rubbed his nose on her dress, just like the way he used to do long back. 

Few minutes passed with his incessant cries. Wiping his eyes with the back of his hand, Randhir clutched her palm and looked at her face. Her pale face was enough to rip him apart.

"I accept Sanyu! Sameer was right. I'm NOTHING without you. Totally Zero! I accept my defeat" Randhir broke into tears all over again.

"All because of my ego, I hurt you a lot. How did I become so selfish and egoistic??" Randhir slapped his forehead and cursed himself.

How he wished to rewind his life and change every sin he committed! He shuddered as he remembered how he used to humiliate her.

"I have given you so much of pain na?? Bahut bura hoon, pata hai mujhe. I hate myself for everything I did. But please don't leave me Angel! Please... Punish me how ever you want. But chod ke mat jao! Marr jaunga main tere bina! Sach mein" Randhir whispered and touched her cheek.

"Mr. Shekhawat! Please stay outside. We need to do her dressing" he heard the nurse's words. Wiping his face one last time, he reluctantly stood up to leave, not before planting a loving kiss on her forehead.

"I love you" he whispered into her ear and moved out of the room, only to see Parth waiting at the threshold.

"Parth..." Randhir jumped into his arms, thus crushing him.

"Omg Randhir... What happened?? Is Sanyu alright??" Parth panicked seeing his broken state. Randhir simply nodded and continued to cry, in fact, louder this time.

"Randhir... Then why the hell are you crying?? You are scaring me dammit" Parth pushed him back from their hug to look at his face.

"I realised everything Parth! I realised all my mistakes" Randhir squeezed his eyes unable to meet his best friend's gaze.

"What are you talking about??" Parth asked and made him sit on the nearby desk. Why can't he just come to the point.

"Parth... You remember na?? She was the one by my side during all my troubles. She was the one to mould me into a person of what I'm today. She made all my wish come true. But what did I give her in return??? Pain, pain and only pain. I became so selfish Parth. How I used to insult her, humiliate and push her away!! You used to advise me and even warned me sometimes. But I never listened to you. Now I realise Parth. I realised all my mistakes. I don't wanna lose her at any cost. I... I love her a lot Parth. I love her a lot!" Randhir broke down once again as his insides filled with pain and guilt.
