Chapter Four ~ Way to go

JARED'S POV

Ryan returned with a giant smile on his face. He was acting like a child who just got a bunch of candy for Halloween.

"Bro, what's up with your face", I said.

He looked at me with wide eyes and said, " Did you just see that insanely hot girl? It was Jessica Matthews! I just got her number!! Plus we might be going to hang later!"

I just gave him a blank look and said, "Way to go, Ryan."

It was then that I realized how her name was familiar, we had Chemistry together last year. And also, this girl is the same girl that Ryan has been in love with since I first met him.

RYAN'S POV

I don't think today could have gone any better! Jessica Matthews is an amazing girl. I have liked her since Junior High. The second I laid my eyes on her I knew she was the one for me, I was just waiting for the right moment to tell her how I felt.

I got her number and asked her if she would want to hang out later and she said she would text me later.

I can't wait though. Maybe I should go ahead and text her, you know just to say hey.

Me: Hey Jess:)

Jess: Hey Ryan:]

Me: Whatcha doin'?

Jess: NMU

Me: Just got off. Wanna hang?

Jess: Sure thing

I have been waiting for this moment for such a long time I hope nothing ruins it. Maybe we can really be together soon. She seems to be fond of me already so it probably won't take that long to get together.
