"Brendon... it's the middle of the night..." Dallon mumbled uncomfortably.
Brendon snuggled further into Dallon. "I had a nightmare."
"You're in my bed."
"I'm scared."
"Brendon, that doesn't mean you can come into my bed."
"Yeah it does." He murmured.
"No, it doesn't." Dallon mumbled. He wasn't enjoying this, but didn't have the heart to kick Brendon out.
"I'm comfy." Brendon whispered.
"Just go to sleep Brendon." Dallon rolled over and closed his eyes.
Brendon wrapped his arms around him before falling asleep.
~~~
"This is Ryan." Brendon smiled, gesturing to his boyfriend to his side.
Brendon's mother's face twisted in confusion. "Pardon?"
"He's my boyfriend." Brendon said.
"Brendon, there's no one there."
Brendon turned to Ryan. "What is she saying Ry?"
Ryan frowned. "I'm not sure Brendon."
"Brendon, what's wrong sweetie?" His mother asked once she realised he was getting teary.
Brendon had grabbed onto his boyfriend's hand and ran into his bedroom. He laid in his bed, beside Ryan and cried.
"Why doesn't she accept us Ryan?" Brendon asked.
"I'm not sure Brendon?"
There was a light knock on the door. "Brendon, we're going to see the doctor."
"W-What?" He whispered.
"Come on."
Brendon hesitantly stood up and brushed his clothes off. He followed his mother out to the car. Ryan didn't follow him.
He was terrified of the doctors, he didn't know why. It's quite pathetic, being a 17 year old that was afraid of his doctor. He was shaking in his seat as his mother pulled into a parking space.
His Mom took him into the waiting room as she filled out the paperwork. A TV was on in the corner, with the volume turned down low. The news was playing, and told of some kind of traffic accident. No one else in the waiting room was watching.
The whole situation left an unsettling feeling in his stomach. His mother sat in the empty seats beside him and placer her purse in her lap. She didn't speak a single word to Brendon.
"Brendon Urie?" The family doctor called from the entry to his office. Brendon hesitantly headed into the office. His mother followed him into the room.
"So what's the problem Urie's?" The doctor asked clicking his pen and pulling out a sheet of paper. Brendon still didn't know why he was here.
"I'm afraid that Brendon might be on drugs." Mom whispered, as if she was embarrassed. Brendon gasped.
"Why's that, Ms Urie?" The doctor asked, beginning to write on his sheet of paper in front of him.
"Well he tried to introduce me to a person who wasn't there." Mom explained slowly.
"Right..." The doctor said unsurely.
Brendon was so shocked. He'd never even dream of touching drugs and now Mom was saying he was on them right now, more so that Ryan wasn't with him.
