Trevor opened the door for me and put all my bags into the trunk before getting into his seat on the other side. Kian and Andrea were sitting up front, not really paying any attention to Trevor or I.
"Hey, we have to stop by my house for a minute." Trevor was saying. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket.

Its alright, I've always wanted to meet Andrea.
I wasn't ready to tell him that me and Kian had been more than friends for a little bit this year. I took the car ride to answer the texts that Dylan had just sent to me.

Hey My flight got delayed!! Ugh now I have to wait in the airport for like 3hrs without you. It's storming in Louisiana.

Aww boo. Cali is so big!! I've been refined to Ireland and London. Cali is warm and tropical and SUNNY!

I'm so excited to spend the year with my best friend beside me instead of all the way in Ireland.
Layla looked at me and smiled.
"I can't believe I really convinced Niall to let me come all the way to California by myself!" She happily yelled.
"Well you're not really alone. You have the wonderful guidance of US!" Kian yelled, which slightly hurt my ears but Layla looked unphased by the loud sounds.
