"I need those tickets for Harris you said you got me. I need to go, like right now. I need it." Harry looks up at him from his phone, the blue chair in the waiting area of the Hospital he's sitting on makes him scrunch his face with discomfort.

They've been staying close by for days to be closer to his mum. Currently, they were waiting on the doctor to come out of Jay's room and tell them how she's doing this morning, and Louis hasn't stopped pacing since then.

"Lou, the concert isn't for another week. And we're kind of busy right now. Dr. Tulsa should be out in a bit." Louis shakes his head and stops right in front of him

"No. I need- I can't breath. I need to breath." Harry quickly stands and walks over to him

"Lou-" he slaps Harry's hand away and gives him these absolute dark sad eyes

"No. Not that. I mean, I need space. I need to think and have my own time with this. Please Harry. It's eating me alive." Just as Harry was going to answer, Dr. Tulsa comes walking out slipping his gloves off and meets them with a smile, clearly hiding all the facts behind it

"Dr. Tulsa. How is she?" Louis growls under his breath, but calms as Harry pinches his side

"She's certainly better than yesterday. A little exhausted, but she seems content." Louis scoffs and crosses his arms over his chest as he looks over to the children playing in the small waiting area, his shoulders immediately sag.

"Sorry Dr. He's upset. So, can we go see her?" he smiles lightly and pats his shoulder

"Of course. Go right ahed son." he walks off and Harry turns over to Louis to see him sniffling, his eyes so watery they look like they could create rivers any second. He reaches an arm over and before his hand makes contact with his burning skin, Louis takes a shuddering breath and speaks.

"She'll never get to see me have children with you. She won't cary Freddie ever again, or see him grow up. I'm losing her forever and I can't stop it. What am I going to do without her Harry?" He turns and looks at him sadly, Harry bites his lip trying not to sob with him. He engulfs him in a bone crushing hug and soothes his nape

"Don't think like this Lou. She's strong, she can make it." he pushes Harry softly off of him and shakes his head pointing towards his mother's room

"Do you see the way the doctor looks at us when he brings us news about her?! Or the way she was looking at the girls last night?! She knows she's dying and doesn't even care!" The kids from the waiting area turn and see him, the parents giving him annoyed and sympathetic looks
