Hello my loves!!! I know it's been a while but I had to brainstorm for this one because I wanted to make it as delicate as I could without disrespecting anyone.
I was also out of town this past weekend in Vegas for my birthday. Where Louis was as well and I kind of freaked out, and then I came home and I got sick.
But, aside from everything, I got to finish this chapter and I would like for all of you to know that I wrote this while thinking of her and I have so much respect for her and her family. Please, if you find anything offensive or too sensitive please let me know so I can rewrite it or just take it out.
But other than that, thank you to all.

Slow motion. Everything was in slow motion as Louis tried to take in that his mother was getting worse by the minute, and he couldn't concentrate on anything. Not even Danielle who was trying to talk to him as they headed to Lottie's event.
"And then they told me that...." He just fades out and starts thinking about her. He thinks of the words Harry said to be strong and brave for her. But he hated the way this pain felt and to know this kind of loss was coming.
"We're here." he squints his eyes as he stares forward, but then snaps out of it when he hears the voice beside him
"Louis? Did you hear anything I said?" he looks at the brunette and sighs
"No, i'm sorry. I have a lot on my mind Danielle okay. Just act like i'm fine though yea? I can't ruin this for Lottie and me mum can't be upset." he slips out through the other door and she furrows he brows but nonetheless slides off the seat when Preston opens her door
They're hurried inside and are met with chatter, drinks, and the smell of perfume in the air. A squeal is heard from Louis' left and he turns to see Lottie and Tommy walking over.
"Lou! Thanks for coming! I've missed you." he smiles and leans in to hug her, whispers in her ear
"I missed you too Lott. And Harry says hi, and that he loves you very much." he backs away and she's smiling even wider. He loves how his family accepts and loves Harry so much like he does.
"Thank you. Danielle, hey." she moves over to hug her while Tommy hugs Louis quickly
"Where's mum?" Lottie points over to the right corner where there are small tables, and Jay is sitting at one with Dan and the twins
He leaves Danielle behind and walks over to see her, a small sigh escapes his lips when he reaches her and hugs her tightly. She chuckles rubbing his back
"Hi baby boy."
"Mum. God, i've missed you so much. Harry says hi by the way, and that he loves you too." she grins and runs her fingers softly through his hair
"Hmm, I love him too. You boys were gone for a while weren't ya? Even grew a beard I see." he squints knowing she's talking about his actual beard, but feels like it's a small jab at Danielle. They never got along as much as with Eleanor, at least she tolerated her
"Yes, he asked me to shave it, but I know he secretly loves it." she hums and pats the seat beside her. "Hey Dan."
"Hey. How was your trip to Jamaica? Had well deserved fun?" Jay scoffs and slaps his arm
