Posting this now kasi maraming nagtatanong.
Self-publishing is not for everyone. Effort siya! But I do it because I like making my own books, and it's fun. So, ano ba talaga:
1. Do you want your book to be in as many bookstores as possible in the Philippines?
Mas maigi siguro if you make a deal with a traditional publisher. Improving your reads, vote count, and making your reader community here in WP happy is the best way to get the attention of a traditional publisher now.
But be careful about: Contracts that have you turn over copyright of your story to the publisher. Ang pagbigay sa publisher ng karapatang i-print ang story mo is not the same as giving them copyright of your story. (OWNERSHIP ba.) PATI SPIN-OFF, SEQUEL, CONTINUATION, DAPAT IPAALAM MUNA SA KANILA.
