Thick and Thin (Avenged Sevenfold FanFic)

Chapter 6

When I could finally breathe again I went and sat next to Sarah and rested my head on her shoulder,

still kinda giggly. She looked down at me, "It wasn't that funny." I busted out laughing and fell over. Sarah shook her head at me turned back to Val. "Oh sorry, didn't know I was interrupting."

Sarah squinted at me for being sarcastic. "Shut up." I smiled and sat up. I felt a hand grab mine and I

looked over at Brian, he gave me a cocky side smile. I shook my head at him and rested my head on his shoulder. Sarah and Val were talking about… not really sure actually, I walked in at a time were you don't know what anyone is talking about. Matt was looking at me and Brian, I gave him a confused look and he just sorta chuckled and shook his head. I glared at him and he smiled, showing off his dimples.

Jimmy was still running around with my bra on, I heard him yell and a girl screamed, I laughed and

Matt shook his head. "You get use to hearing that everyday after a while." Brian told me, I could hear the smile in his voice when he told me. He found it amusing that I thought it was funny.

I finally looked over at Zack, he was looking at me and Brian. I couldn't quite depict the look on his

face. I thought it was jealousy at first then I shrugged that away, I doubt it was that, I just scared his girlfriend away. He finally noticed I was looking at him and he looked down at the grass right away. I made a face and I felt someone kick my feet. I looked up and I saw Matt giving me a "What's with the face?" look. I shook my head and he nodded.

"What are you guys talking about?" I sat up; I was tired of being lost in their conversation. Sarah

looked at me, I gave her a pouty face and she laughed. "You sure you want to know?"

"No, I absolutely do not want to know what you two were talking about. I'd rather sit here thoroughly

confused." I threw my arms up at the end, letting go of Brian's hand. He and Matt laughed at me while Val was waiting for Sarah's response.

"Okay smartass, just wanted to make sure." She looked back over at Val and I smacked her arm. She

gave me a mean smirk before telling me. " We were talking about horses and how my family raised them for a little while before you rudely interrupted again." No wonder why I didn’t' understand, I never could quite grasp what Sarah was saying when she talked about her horses. "Oohhhhh. Got cha. And excuse me  for wanting to know what was going on in the world." She shook her head at me before turning back to Val once more.

"You really are a smartass, you know that?" I turned to Brian to answer his question. "Really? So

that's why you called me that earlier." He squinted at me so I squinted back.

"Yeah, she's a smartass." I laughed at Matt because I wasn't expecting him to say anything. "You

know, I kept waiting for you and Bri to kiss when you were over on the wall." I looked over at Brian and he was looking over towards the school so I couldn't see his face, but I felt mine getting hot.

I turned back to Matt and he gave me a wink. I laughed and shook my head at him. "Shake your head

at me." He said this as he pulled up a fist full of grass and threw it at me. My mouth dropped open. Sarah wrapped her arms around my head and pulled me towards her chest. "Don't throw grass at her! I know she's a smartass, but there's no need to throw grass at her!" All of us except Zack laughed at her, he was still quiet, just staring at nothing. I guess he was thinking.

I pulled away from Sarah and pushed her head, she looked over and smiled at me. I shook my head

when I felt Brian grab my hand again and lean against me. I leaned on him and looked up at him. I couldn't tell what the look was in his eyes, I'd never seen a guy give me that kind of look before, not even Johnny. Before I could ask what he was thinking he leaned towards me and pressed his lips against mine. I was shocked, I had just met him during lunch, it was now free bell, but once I processed what he was doing I closed my eyes and kissed him back.

"HEY!!!! I SEE KISSING!!!!" I pulled away from Brian, feeling my face turning red. Brian smiled, a

very small, barely even noticeable, shade of red was showing in his cheeks as well. He turned to glare at Jimmy, who was the one that yelled. "Slow down man! Jeez! I know she's fresh meat, but  you don't have to move in so quickly!" Jimmy sat next to Val with a smirk on his face, Brian just glared at him some more. Jimmy gave him a smile, then winked at me. "Oh! Here's your bra back." And he threw it in my face.

"Thanks." I took it off my head and moved off of Brian so I could grab my bag that was just out of

my reach. Once I had it reburied in my bag I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and pull me backwards. I glared at Brian; he had pulled me onto his lap. He smiled, "What?" I glared at him more. "Why'd you pull me over here?"

"…'Cause" I pushed his shoulders, causing him to fall onto his back. He looked up at me and

smirked. I rolled my eyes and got off his lap and grabbed my bag. "Do any of you have German next?" I asked looking at my schedule.

"I DO!" Brian yelled and sat up with a big smile on his face. "Of course you do." I rolled my eyes

and put my schedule away. "Oh! Zack has it with us too." I looked over at Zack, he was still staring at nothing.

I squatted down next to Brian, "I'm gonna walk with Zack." I looked at him and he nodded. I stood

up and walked over to Zack. When he didn’t' move I kicked his leg and he looked at me. "You're my tour guide, remember?" He looked at me then Brian, and then back to me. I just looked at him with no expression on my face. "Why don't-"

"'Cause I want you to take me." He made a face and got up, I could tell he didn't want to be doing

this. When he had his bag he started walking and I followed.
