Chapter 28

Kate's POV

"Ok, how did we end up at my house again??" Matt looked around at everyone sitting spread

out on his floor, as much as we could be; he didn't have a lot of extra space in his room.

"'Cause I like your place Mattie." I smiled at him as Jimmy sat in the bean bag next to Brian

with a bowl of popcorn and M&Ms mixed together. Brian reached over to grabbed some and Jimmy pulled the bowl away.

"Give me some damn popcorn!!" Brian practically tackled Jimmy and Jimmy managed to

keep the popcorn from falling all over the place. Val reached over and took the bowl. She set it in Matt's lap and they ate some as we watched Brian and Jimmy wrestle over nothing. I looked at Sarah and Zacky and they smirked at me.

I looked at Brian and Jimmy again. Brian has more muscle than Jimmy, but Jimmy was

doing pretty good at pinning Brian down a few times. I waited for Jimmy to end up on top again before I wrapped my arms around his waist and pulled him back.

"That wasn't well thought out." Jimmy was laying on top of me now, and his ass kept

rubbing against me. "Ugh, dude get your ass off me, please!"

Jimmy laughed and turned over. He pressed his forehead against mine and just stared at me.

A smile slowly grew on his face. "What?"

Jimmy smiled a little more. "You're just really pretty, you know that?" I smiled, my cheeks

turned red a little. "Thanks Jimmy." He smiled and we both pulled away. I leant up to kiss his forehead… and apparently he was doing the same.

"Dude!" Jimmy quickly pulled away and looked at Brian.

"I didn't kiss her on purpose!!" Brian looked at him confused as hell. "I was going to kiss her

forehead!!"

Brian looked at me and I laughed. "I think Jimmy snuck a 'Kiss Jimmy' magnet into my

food."

Jimmy looked at me again and glared. I smiled and crawled over to Matt and stole some

popcorn. Matt smiled, showing his dimples, and I laughed.

"Why do you always laugh when I smile?"

I laughed again before answering him. "Because you look so little kiddy like with your

dimples." I poked one of his dimples as he smiled at my answer.

"I know something that will always make you laugh then." He smiled and I laughed again

before crawling back over to Brian.

"So are you happy now that you're in your PJs?"

I smiled and played with a piece of my hair. "Yeah." I played with my hair some more

before I looked up at him. He smiled and I could tell by the look he was giving that he wanted to say 'I love you' again, but he didn't.

"Zack." We all looked over at Jimmy. "I dare you to give Val a lap dance." We all busted out

laughing while Val and Zack looked at each other, imagining the awkwardness of Zack trying to dance.

"You guys are such pussies." Sarah stole some popcorn from Matt and stood up. "Sit on the

bed." Val looked at her confused, but obeyed. Sarah turned to me and threw the rest of her popcorn at me. "Don't eat that." Brian automatically picked some up and ate it. Sarah glared at him before turning to Jimmy. "Music?" Jimmy got an evil smile and grabbed Matt's IPod off of his desk.
