Chapter 8

*Jacob's POV*

I sits up and she still straddles me. "Um Blake I need to tell you something but you can't interrupt me or leave after I say it, Okay" I said.

*I'm scared to tell her this but she has the right to know. Like I know she's a mom while none of her friends know. So I'm just hoping she will still like me for me just like I like her for her*

She nods.

"I'm not the guy you think I am, Blake" I said a little unsteady. *I don't get why I'm so nervous around her. I'm never like this and I'm a softy towards her but a complete ass to everyone else*

"What do you mean?" She said while tilting her head to the side.

"Um you have to understand that I appreciate you for who you are and I want you to know who I am and appreciate me for who I am, Okay" I look in to her beautiful eyes and she looks into mine. And she nods again.

"Uh I'm huh this is hard. But uh I'm in a gang and I'm a gang leader" I said scared of what her response would be.

"Uh huh" She says while getting off of me. But just stands in front of me.

"Blake?"

"I don't know what to say Jacob. Um this is so sudden" She looks down.

"That's okay. You can ask me anything about it" I stood in front of her and tilted her head up to look at me.

She had a tear slipping down her cheek. I wipe it off her cheek. "What's wrong Blake" I asked while making her to sit back down on the couch.

*Blake's POV*

*Clade was in a gang too but he got kicked out of it for his temper. So he blamed it on me. Then he started to abuse me cause 'it was my fault'. But he never told me anything about the gang or introduce me cause he was 'protecting me' from the danger of it. Whatever! But now I'm scared that Jacob will be the same*

"Blake?"

"Yeah"

"Are you okay. We can talk about this or you can just ask questions or whatever you want"

"Um you can't be kicked out can you?" I asked with worry.

"Of what"

"Of the gang"

"No"

"Jacob um can you take me home please" I said not wanting to talk about it. Then I look down at the floor.

"Yeah but only If you can answer me this" He said as I feel him staring at me.

"Yeah" I said staring at him.

"Don't give up on me"

I got confused. "What do you mean"

"Look I know you just met me about 2 or 3 weeks ago, but I've known you longer than that. And yes it sounds weird and you might be confused. And I can make you understand. But if you give me a chance I will treat you better than anyone has and Casey will love me if that's alright with you. But just trust me and I'll make sure you wont regret it"

"Okay listen you need to give me a few days to figure this out. Cause this is a lot to deal with. And uh I have one more question"

"Yes" He stated

"Can I ever meet your gang??" I asked.

"I'll see what happens with us first"

"Okay" I gave him a kiss on the cheek.
