Luke's pov

After I tell him that we can't be together, because i don't want to lose him as a bestfriend. I hung up the phone and bury my face to the pillow. I feel so complicated yet excited about tomorrow. I turn off the lamp then drifting off to sleep.

"Wake up sweetie, we'll meet Hood's family today." I open my eyes barely, looking at the clock on my bedside table.

After I take a bath, I try to find a nice outfit. I don't know why but I want him to like me, I want to impress him. I run downstairs right after I style my hair into a better quiff. I look at the mirror once again then grab my shoes. I stood up and smile to myself. I convince myself this calum kid will impress, won't he? I chuckle a bit to myself and headed to my car. My dad and mom are already waiting for me.

"Are you ready luke?" My dad asked before he drove off. Just a couple of minutes we arrived. My dad knocked on the door, it opens, revealing a man that maybe has the same age as my father.

"It's been along time my friend." Then they hug each other, their smiles grow wider.

"Come in, take a seat please." A woman said after I smile to her.

"Cal they're here, come downstairs!" This woman shouted for her son, Calum Hood.

I can feel myself shaking from the inside. My heart beats faster than the usual. When I look up, because I hear a footsteps from upstairs. There he is, with that grey shirt and black skinny jeans. He came down and smile to my parents. His brown eyes landed on mine with that cold expression of his, He's not impressed I could already tell.

"Luke, this is Calum. Calum, this is Luke." I can hear he groaned. This kinda makes me sad.

" So speaking of the wedding, we should prepare for this. It's gonna be amazing. This wedding will amaze people." My mom said, while I'm being uncomfortable, tugging at my shirt.

"Mom. we're still young. I don't even know him." He's kinda rude, but his mom told him that we could get to know each other before the wedding.

"He's even only 18, maybe he wants to focus for his college mom." He keeps arguing with his mother, while I'm zoning out.

"No. He can focus even after the wedding, right luke?" his mom asked, and someone's hand wave in front of my face. I told you I was zoning out.

"uh, I'm sorry, yeah.. whats that again?" Because I really can't hear it. I look at him, he's getting annoyed already. I feel so guilty.

Three days before the wedding, I'm so excited but I still don't understand he didn't even give me that smile of his. Like he's mad at me because I'm agree about this whole wedding stuff.
