Luke's pov

I hear my parents cheers happily, I don't know whats going on between them. Maybe they got money accidentally or what, I have no idea.

"Liz, this is happenin'. Oh god." Oh c'mon dad, I need to study right now, I can't really focus. He's so loud, I don't even understand why. I go downstairs and saw them hugging, kinda cute.

"E luke, come here." He's grinning like he wanted to tell me about something important. He looks so happy, so does mom.

"Whats going on?" I take a seat in front of my dad.

"You'll meet calum sweetheart, so I don't have to keep imagining." My mom stood up and walked up to me, rubbing my shoulders and kissing my forehead.

I know this calum kid, because my mom always talked about him. I don't really know him, I don't even know his face.

"Okay? Then why you guys seem so excited about me will meet this calum kid?" I ask politely, try to be polite I mean. Because I'm not really interested.

"C'mon luke, don't be like that. Go pick out your outfit for tomorrow, you'll like him." Why I should pick my outfit now if we will meet tomorrow, the real question is why I should meet this guy.

I leave them and back to my room, not because I have to pick a nice outfit but I just need sometime alone, to think or maybe just wonder why I should meet that guy. So many what-ifs in my head. Like stop, I said I'm not interested  then why I can't stop thinking about it.

I even jump when my phone started ringing. Michael's calling me. He's my bestfriend. He just broke up with his boyfriend, so maybe he just wanted to talk and cry.

"Hey buddy, 'sup?" I said when he just said hello, I can feel his anxiety.

"Luke..." He's shaking. Oh michael.

"Are you okay?" I ask worriedly, and he just sighed in the other side.

"I need to tell you something, but oh god I'm so nervous." I let out a chuckle, why he should be nervous, I'm his bestfriend.

"Hey, chill dude. If you're not ready you can tell me tomorrow." I forgot that tomorrow I'll go dinner with hood's family.

"No, if I don't say it now I'll lose you, but if I tell you, you'll hate me." I burst out laughing. We've never had a serious conversation not even once, so this is rare and makes me laugh.

"Luke, I think I have a feelings uh... For you." My laugh is disappear when he said that. I'm froze and can't say anything.

"Luke, are you still there?" I'm just nodded when he asked that, then realizing he can't see me so I take a deep breath before say a word.

"Michael, its prank, isn't it?" The question came out of my mouth coldly.
