I saw the look of confusion on her face, and it was obvious that she didn't think I was serious.

"Are you serious?" she asked.

"Yes, but if you don't come back you will regret it and don't try contacting anyone for help. You'll regret that too," I told her as she stood up. I could just barely hear but I'm pretty sure that she mumbled something about no one coming to help even if she did call for it. She walked over to the elevator.

"Thanks," she said as she walked into the elevator. I listened to the elevator go down, and I walked over to sit on the couch. Last night I hadn't slept well. I couldn't stop thinking about how Trixie asked about Thor, and I wasn't sure if I would regret giving her a chance to get some fresh air or not. She might call for help, but then again she really didn't have anyone to call for help. Even if SHIELD did come if she called they would just lock her up again. But I really wanted to know where she would go sense she actually had the chance to go somewhere. I got ready to cast an illusion but out of the corner of my eye I noticed something on the balcony railing. I walked over to it and noticed it was coated in a thick sheet of ice. I starred at a second before walking over to the elevator and going down to the first floor. I disguised myself to make myself look like an everyday Midgardian. I caught sight of Trixie and she was walking toward a broken down, old building.

'Why is she going there?' I thought to myself as I followed her.

(Trixie's PoV)

As I walked down the streets of New York, I headed to that building. As I came to the door of the building, I starred at it before slowly opening it. I took a step inside as I closed the door behind me. I looked around, there was nothing on the first floor except ash and some burnt wooden crates. I walked around and stopped as I rounded the corner. There was the little remains of the wall of ice I had made, and on the wall next to it there was a bloody handprint on the wall. My bloody handprint from when I had cut my hand while running, and I stopped for a second to catch my breath. I starred at it before continuing to walk around. I saw more ash and blood stains on the floor and wall. It felt like a horror movie, but unlike a horror movie this was all to real. I saw the old broken stairs that led to the second floor. I put one foot on the first step as the wood creaked. I slowly walked up hoping that none of the stairs would collapse. When I got up to the second floor I noticed a long flow of blood stain on the one wall. I ran my hand down the wall. That was where I had been pinned by those agents. I quickly removed my hand for the wall as I walked down this incredibly long hallway. After a few minutes the hallway opened up to a very large open room. I looked straight ahead and stopped dead in my tracks. That's when I saw the large spot on the floor that was covered in blood. I felt like I was frozen as I starred at it. I remembered Adam laying there, and me holding his head and kneeling next to him telling him that he was going to be ok. I very slowly walked over, bent down, and put my hand inches away from the blood stains. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed a gun laying on the floor in the far corner of the room. I recognized the gun, it was the same one that agent used to shoot Adam. I starred at it in disbelief. I felt the floor beneath me begin to freeze over with a thin sheet of ice, and that's when I backed away from it. I quickly ran back down the steps, and out into the street. I wanted to get as far away from that building as possible. I arrived back at Stark Tower, knowing that escaping wasn't my best option sense Loki probably sent someone who was secretly watching me when I was in that building. When the elevator got to the top floor, I quickly ran into the bedroom, and slammed the door closed. I breathed heavily just as I did that same morning. I looked at the clock and I had actually been in that building for over half an hour, even though it didn't feel like it. I sat on the bed and hid my face with my hands. I listened to the sounds of the city trying to get what I had just seen out of my head. But as soon as I though it was safe, another terrifying memory would flash into my head. I shouldn't have gone in, but I honestly didn't think al of that would still be there. It had been seven years sense I had been in that building and I shouldn't have gone in. It had been seven years sense I've seen or thought about my brother, and I shouldn't have thought about him. I looked down and noticed there was a tiny bit of ice where my feet were, but I didn't even care.

"I'm such an idiot, I shouldn't have gone in that damn building," I mumbled to myself as I looked out the window and then back at the ground. "I shouldn't have even broken out of that SHIELD cell,". I sat on my bed and I refused to come out of this room. If anyone knocked on the door, they could come in, but I wouldn't be going out.

(Loki's PoV)

I had returned to the tower after making sure Trixie didn't try to escape, or call to tell anyone where I was. I couldn't stop wondering about why she went in that building, especially why she would go into a building that had blood stains and ashes everywhere. I could tell that place terrified her for some reason, and I knew something must have happened to her there. That place was actually very creepy, and there was a strange feeling in the air when I was in there. I was now nearly positive that Trixie was a Frost Giant. But I don't think she actually knew she was a Frost Giant. As the hours passed, I still hadn't heard or seen Trixie sense she came back. Dr. Celvic hadn't seen her either. She had been in that room for over five hours now. I finally decided to walk over to the door and I knocked on it. For a moment there was no answer, but then I just barely heard Trixie say come in. I opened the door and saw Trixie sitting by the window.

"Did you go anywhere interesting?" I asked her just to see what she would say.

"No," is all she said back. I went to say something but she started speaking before I did. "You sent someone to follow me didn't you?" she asked. I didn't say anything, I just nodded my head. I walked over and sat next to her.

"What happened in there?" I asked her. I noticed how you could just barely see her tense up. She began explaining everything, but the part that caught me the most off guard was when she said if it wasn't for her, he could've survived the shots. "What do you mean by he could've made it?" I asked her.

(Steve's PoV)

Clint, Natasha, Tony, and I rested at a local SHIELD facility. We hadn't caught up to the tesseract yet, but we couldn't chase it all day. We were all happy to realize this SHIELD facility hadn't known that we weren't supposed to go after the tesseract.

"Bad news," I heard Tony say as he walked into the main area where Clint, Natasha, and I where sitting in.

"what is it?" Clint asked.

"That signal for the tesseract was only a decoy," Tony said. My heart sank.

"Then where do you think it is?" Natasha asked. We discussed different possible places but we couldn't be sure about if they where the actual place or not.

"Wait, wouldn't Loki want to do this in a place many people know about, and a place where tons of people are going to see it happen?" I asked.

"Son of a bitch," Tony said as he walked out of the room. When he got back in, he had his suit on. "Ready to go to New York?" he asked us as we all stood up and headed for the jet.
