After nearly a whole day of researching (and hacking) we had finally figured out who Trixie's parents were, or at least who SHIELD thought they were. After some more researching, we had found where they had once lived.

"So what do we do now that we've found out all of this?" I asked.

"Well, I say we go to this building and do a little investigating," Tony said.

"What if someone lives there now?" I asked.

"SHIELD hasn't let anyone buy it or move in sense they don't want to many secrets to get exposed," Stark said as he stood up.

"You just love exposing SHIELDS secrets," I said with a slight laugh and Tony laughed a little as well. We both stood up to leave, and as we came to the elevator Pepper stopped us.

"Tony, where are you going now?" Pepper asked in an annoyed tone.

"A house that SHIELD doesn't want people going in," Tony said as he hit the elevator button. Pepper just sighed and rolled her eyes as she left. She looked like she had just wanted to slap him, but you couldn't blame her. We walked a few blocks until we came to the address. The building was old, but it wasn't as broken down as you would expect. It seemed like a normal place as long as you didn't know the origins of who lives here. As we opened the door, what looked like an apartment building on the outside was actually just one big house. When we walked in a creepy and eerie feeling was in the air. As we walked around there was hardly anything abnormal about the place. All the furniture was here, but there weren't any pictures on the wall which was probably the only thing that wasn't normal. Tony and I looked at different places in the building but we didn't have much luck. Well not until I hears Tony.

"Hey I think I found something!" he yelled from a room upstairs. I ran up the stairs and turned into the first room. It was a bedroom. There was a broken mirror, along with one or two broke picture frames but the pictures had been removed.

"So what did you find?" I asked. Tony picked up a box and set it on the bed, he had already rummaged around in it. I could tell by the way it was open.

"I found this," he said as he pulled out an old, and partially ripped, envelope. On the front it said "To Trixie," in neat handwriting.

"Did you read it?" I asked him.

"No," Tony said.

"Well that's unlike you," I said and we both shared a short laugh.

"I thought Trixie should be the first one to read it," Tony said in a somewhat serious tone and I nodded in agreement.

"Anything else of use in the box?" I asked.

"No, this letter was the only thing in it," Tony said as he put the letter in his pocket.

"Weird," I said to myself as we both walked out of the building.

My skin was now it's regular tone, it was around ten a.m. , and I left the bedroom I was staying in to see that Jane was already up.

"Oh, good morning. Did you sleep well?" she asked me. Hmmm, I could tell her the truth and be dragged into a conversation I don't want to have, or I could just say yes. Hmmm

"Yeah I did," I said with a fake smile.

"So I was wondering, if you didn't have a real home how did you manage in New York?" Jane asked.

"Well I did different things to survive in that place, but most of the time I would do it for my brother, Adam. Sometimes I would play guitar down in the subways to get money, and there was a diner Adam and I always went to eat. I would also get money from kids paying us to show them my powers, but no one believed them if they talked about the powers they saw. It actually wasn't as bad as it sounds, it was actually kind of....fun," I said. It actually was fun but then....oh my gosh that dream I had. It said he was too young to notice, was it talking about how Adam was too young to notice that I shouldn't have used my powers so much. When it said I was too dumb to care, does that means what I think it means? About I got to obsessed with my powers, I didn't try to hide them which caused us to get caught? No, don't think about it, but what about the other part? My thoughts were shattered as I heard Jane talk.

"If you don't mind me asking, how frequently do you have these panic attacks?" Jane asked.

"Oh well, it depends. Sometimes if I start talking about something I don't like, or if I start thinking about something that gets me upset I have one. I don't like to be near people when I have the panic attacks because sometimes I lose control of my powers, but its never gotten to a point where someone is in danger. But I'm still not willing to take that risk," I told her. I went to say more but Jane's phone rang.

"Hello?" Jane said as she answered it. After a few seconds of silence she handed me the phone. "It's Agent Romanoff, she wants to talk to you," Jane said.

"hi, what is it?" I asked.

"Well Stark found something that might interest you," Natasha said. 'Oh God what did he find?' I thought to myself.

"So what did Stark decide to dig up this time?" I asked in a semi annoyed tone.

"He and Dr. Banner did some digging and they actually found a letter for you, written by your father," Natasha said. My heart nearly exploded.

"Wait, what? Did they read it? What did it say?!" I said quickly.

"Slow down, anyway they didn't read it. Stark and Banner both agreed you should be the first one to read it," Natasha said. Oh my gosh, could this actually be happening? I wasn't sure to be nervous because this is from the same people who gave my brother and I up, or excited because it was from my father! With every passing moment I felt like my heart would just burst out of my chest.

"Ok, so when do I get to read it?" I asked.

"Whenever you come back to New York, which shouldn't be to long from now," Natasha said as she hung up the phone.

"So what was that all about? You seemed pretty excited," Jane said with a laugh as I handed her the phone.

"It was about a letter.....from my dad," I told her.

"Oh, well when do you get to read it?" Jane asked.

"Read what?" Darcy asked as she walked in.

"I'll explain later," Jane said.

"Anyway, Agent Romanoff said I'd be able to read it as soon as I got back to New York," I told them.

"Well lucky for you, you'll probably be going back tomorrow," Darcy said. Before I could question it, Jane explained what Darcy meant.

"What Darcy means, is tomorrow we're heading to Europe. I already told Agent Romanoff," Jane said.

"Sounds like fun," I said.

"Have you ever been to Europe?" Darcy asked.

"No, I haven't been to too many places, but I've been locked up for a while so I haven't really had the chance," I said.

"So what do we do now?" Jane asked.

"I have an idea," Darcy said. I noticed a hidden sense of worry in Jane when Darcy said that.

"And what would that be?" I asked her.

"Well...," she said as she walked over to me and started to whisper in my ear. Jane looked worried yet excited at the same time.

"You sure?" I asked as Darcy held back laughter.

"Positive," Darcy said as she walked over and pulled Jane up out of her chair. Before Jane could say a word I froze the floor over, and Darcy gave Jane a push.

"DARCY!" Jane yelled as she slid across the room. I slid over, and pushed Darcy. Jane and I both laughed as Darcy slid into the wall. I slid over to Jane, helped her up, and then did the same with Darcy. I knew Darcy was going to try to get me back. When I reached my hand out to help her, she tried to pull my arm down with her but she wasn't quick enough. I took her arm and swung her in the opposite direction as she slid in the other direction. We all laughed as we slid around some more.
