Chapter IV

I stepped inside my apartment with my heart still beating from the encounter with the stranger guy on the main entrance. I just can't believe he had the audacity to check my butt. What does he think he is? My friends comes out of Hanna's room when they heard that I have arrived. I'm so pissed right now that I don't even hear them saying hi. I make my way to the kitchen to start cooking dinner. They follow me, already figuring out that something was wrong.

"Mary, is everything ok?" Hanna asks.

"Do I seem ok?" I say with sarcasm.

"Ok calm down! Breath! You're not gonna deal with knives while you seem like you want to murder someone." Says Katia taking the knife from my hand.

"Tell us what happened? Did your first day went wrong? Someone was mean to you?" Hanna asks me.

"No everything at work went very well. I met two girls and they are great. We even had lunch together."

"So what is it." Katia asks grabbing a chair to sit.

"When I was entering the building I pushed the door and hit a guy in the face. I was trying to help him after, asking if he wanted anything and he was a complete douche to me. Who the hell does he think he is to talk to me like that. Seriously!"

"That's it. Nothing more happened? I'm just asking because you usually don't get mad with such trivial things. You are always so calm. What the asshole did to you?" Hanna asks looking at me confused.

"Well he cornered me against the elevator doors and, I don't know, he intimidated me. He was so hot and attractive that made me think and feel things about him. There was a tension in the air. And he even said I had a nice ass before going away. Can you believe it?" I explain looking at my friends and they  both smile at me.

"What the hell, why are you two smiling?" I ask confused.

"Well you think he is hot and attractive hum?" Says Katia moving her eyebrows.

"OMG, from everything that I told you, you only picked that part!"

"What! it's been a long time you had a relationship and you feeling such emotions towards this guy with only one encounter is a pretty big deal." Hanna explains smiling.

"What are you trying to say Hanna?" I ask annoyed with the turn of the conversation.

"What I'm trying to say is that it's normal for you to feel sexual attracted for the guy." Says Hanna.

"Are you fucking kidding me Hanna, I don't feel that for him. After what happened earlier, everything I want is distance from that asshole." I say irritated with what Hanna is saying.

"I agree with Hanna, it's perfectly normal to feel that way. And you being all pissed off about what happened is only proving what we are saying." Katia talks for the first time about what happened, and it is not the answer I was looking for.

"What if he lives here. You will probably see him again, so you can't run away forever. How does he look like?" Asks Hanna. Fuck, she is right, he can be living in the building.

"He is tall, has green eyes and curly hair. He has a few tattoos on his arm. It's all I can remember." I say looking at them. They seem amused for some reason. Fuck, they know him.

"That's Harry and he lives across the hall. Right in front of our door." Says Katia starting to laugh loudly. Great, just great. How am I supposed to not run in to him if he fucking lives across the fucking hall. 

"He is fucking hot, Mary. I would totally do him if I didn't had a boyfriend." Says Hanna laughing.

"I don't know how this is so funny to you, really."
