Chapter 44 Stake out

Pauls P.o.v 

It was 12:00 pm  when I got a call from Rowan to meet with him and Okami at the destroyed school. When I got there Rowan and Okami were sitting at a bench. "Hey you two so what did you want to talk about" I said as I walked to them, they turned to me and Rowan stood up. " Hey Paul glad you could make it what am about to tell you stays between me you and okami got it" said Rowan with a serious tone. I looked am him curious at what he  wanted to tell us. Okami looked at Rowan and said " Well okay dear what did you want to tell us". Rowan sighed and said " I have a suspect on who killed the Yakuza and blew up the school". I had a bad feeling on what he was gonna say but I didn't interrupt him. " I suspect Sam of doing these things he has a motive and from how he fought jts it fits perfectly how he could kill the Yakuza" said Rowan with a concern look. Okami sighed and said " Sam might have done it but you forget J said Sam and him were knocked unconscious  by an unknown person are you saying J might be an accomplice?" I was looking at the sky as they debated it was cloudy. Rowan crossed his arms and said " no but J said he heard Sam  scream that doesnt mean Sam was knocked unconscious for all we know Sam faked the scream.".  I sighed and said " you have a good point but you need strong evidence and a confession we have neither plus Sam has good friends to back him up". Okami stood up and said "you already thought about that didnt't you, you must have a plan which is why you called Paul here right Rowan". Rowan cracked a smile and said " yeah your right I have a plan we are gonna stake out the sleep over that Silly is going to". I looked at him puzzled on what a sleep over has to do with having Sam be placed as the killer. Rowan looked at me and said " well I bet the sleepover will be a dangerous place because it's gonna be big and the people will be an easy target". Okami sighed and said " you might be right and in that case what will happen if Sam does do something shady over at the party". Rowan looked at the sky and said " If Sam does show up and do anything shady or could threaten the lives of the kids we will do one of two things, capture him and if that doesn't work...bring him down with force". I took a deep sigh and said " I agree but if it turns out Sam is innocent we should apologize to him". Okami said " if Sam's innocent that will be the last of our worries.
