Chapter 49 Unexpected events

Sam P.o.v

I was in the alley watching Sookie's little slumber party while toying with a knife in my hand. They were watching movies without a care in the world laughing and having fun. Immediately I thought of the disk and its contents and my smile grew. I am gonna enjoy killing them one at a time.  My "buddy" was already ready to go and when I did the signal my pal will act. Suddenly I saw someone wearing a trench coat and had an scarf wrapped around their neck. Something was off about this guy and I knew exactly what when he pulled out that bat from his bag. That bat that knocked out J, the bat that I used to knock J out. It was J but what the heck is he doing here? why would he go to a populated place to kill Ellen. then the thought hit me J didn't care anymore he is gonna do it and try to get away with it. The thought of this really ticked me off he is ruining my plan of attack. Suddenly he pulled out some kind of chain and wrapped it around the door. Then he pulled out a switch and suddenly the house went dark. The blackout...was the signal...crap she's gonna think its time to do the next step I have to do something. I was ready to walk out when suddenly a familiar voice  said from behind me  " Sam stop where you are and put  your hands up" . I turned around and too my surprise it was the person I least expected to have found me. It was Paul and he had his gun pointed straight at me.
