A/N: AHHHHHHHHHH Thank you so much for all of the reads! I got like three hundred reads in just the past couple of days! Thanks so much!
Louis' POV
"Louis, your phones been going off like the whole time that you were recording," Paul says to me after stepping out of the booth.
"Thanks," I say, taking the phone from his hands.
It is filled with notifactions. Some from my mom, Lex's mom, Emma even, and Lex.
I give my attention to the voicemail I have instead of the texts though.
"Hey Lou, it's me, Alexa. My water broke babe so I'm in the car with Emma, your mom, and my mom. We're on the way to the hospital. I'll keep on texting you. I love you. Bye."
I started freaking out and grabbed my jacket and ran out the door.
I didn't even tell anyone where I was going or even that I was leaving.
With my phone in one hand, the other was opening the door to my car.
As I got in, put my seat belt on, and raced out of there, I was checking my phone to see when I received the voicemail.
I started freaking out and then I decided to look at my messages.
I only payed attention to Alexa's and no the others. The last text I got from her was five minutes ago.
I had one eye on the road and the other focused on my phone.
I know that this isn't the safest thing ever, but my girlfriend is in labor.
With ine hand on the wheel, racing to the hospital, the other was on my phone texting her back.
~I'm on my way right now. Driving actually. Are you ok?! Did you give birth yet?~
What was five seconds for her to reply felt like five years.
~LOUIS TOMLINSON DON'T TEXT WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING! I'm fine right now. Jutst get here soon please.~
I decided to listen to her and stop texting.
I really don't need to be in an accident right now.
After another minute of speeding I took a right, into the emergency wing of the hospital.
I left my car for the vallet to park and ran inside. At the front desk I waited impatiently for the woman to be done talking to the other man there.
After she was done and about to talk to someone else I piped in and said,
"Please miss! My girlfriends in labor and I need to know where she is!"
"What's her name sir?" She asked very rudely.
"Alexa Calder."
"She's in the maternity wing, second floor, room 222."
"Thank you miss," I smiled.
I went to the elevator and pressed floor two.
The Kenedy Hospital was weird. The emergency floor was considered the Lower floor. The lower floor had the emergency wing on one side and on the other, had the cafeteria and where people go after surgery to recover.
The main floor, called the first, was where the people went to go get checked up after a surgery.
The floor above it, the second floor, is where the maternity wing is and more operations.
