The next morning, last night's events were the "buzz" and everywhere you go, that was the damn topic. Jessie and Robin were in there dorms the whole day. According to stuff I heard, the two of them were ashamed to show themselves to the school so they locked themselves in their dorm. Huh. That sounds fishy.
Later at lunch, Luna and I just sat at our table, eating our food.
"So, does your mom know why Batman was here last night? " she asked me.
"Nope. Uncle Clark won't tell her why. " I said with a sigh, " Does your dad know anything? " I continued.
"Nope. Mom was shocked. Even the people at S.T.A.R. Labs were dumbfounded" She said sadly.
"Damn! Even aunt Caitlin and uncle Julian?" I asked.
"Yep. And it's not like aunt Caitlin can get to work. Mom said she's on leave"
"What? Why?"
"Because, the last month's newlyweds are expecting a baby and apparently our parents didn't think it was worth our knowledge! I can't believe it! An aunt Caitlin and uncle Julian junior..."
"That is soooooo adorable!"
I may have actually forgotten to tell you that Caitlin Snow-Albert and Julian Albert are also my aunt and uncle. See? I have such a HUGEextended family that I've forgotten about them. Cisco Ramon ismy uncle too but he ain't married yet so... I did not forget any other aunts. I swear!
And so, we continued to eat our lunch in silence...
Well, it was pretty silent until the cafeteria suddenly exploded.
And yes, our cafeteria really did explode. Literally.
