Never good to look
in the past,
Especially when it's
about someone who has hurt you.
There is nothing more
I want to do than forget all about you.
Just when I feel
that I've finally cut you out of my life,
Someone always has to
bring up your name.
I tell them to stop
to the point where I can't take it anymore.
My screams are silent,
as they keep with the reminders of you.
My voice isn't heard,
the hurt you caused hits me hard again.
Wishing that in time
my screams for them to stop are heard.
The that time will come
when you'll be nothing but a distant memory.
