Mackenzie.

I woke up and realized today was Monday. I got out of bed and put on my crop top which wasn't really a crop top condensing how short I am. I put on my jeans. I put on my favorite combat boots. Technically they are maddies but shh she doesn't have to know. I brushed my hair into a high ponytail. I went to my mini fridge and grab a Apple and ice cream. That's usually my breakfast. After I was done I ran into my bathroom and brush my teeth. I checked my phone I still have twenty minutes until I have to leave. That's enough to watch one episode of full house. I put my alarm to remind me to leave on time. I click into Netflix and watch full house. Soon As the episode ended my phone ring. I grabbed my phone and left. I went to brynn house. Here mom always drives us.

"Hi Mrs.rumfallo"I said getting into her car.

"Hello Mackenzie" she said back. We drove to jojo house. Once we picked her up we head straight to school. Once we got to school we got out and said goodbye. Maddie doesn't ride with me because it's maddie. She like the most popular person here in her grade. Josh is the other popular person. Everyone waiting for them to date but if I know my sister and I do. She not going to date Josh. No one knows about our family matter. The only ones is brynn jojo and Kendall maddie best friend. We reached our lockers and got out our books.

"Ugh did you here that today we have a project and the teacher is picking our project"brynn complained while slamming her locker shut.

"I hate our history teacher"jojo said also slamming her locker.

"Come on just because you guys hate doesn't mean she a bad teacher"I said shutting my locker easily.

"But it seems like she always given us projects that nobody cares about" jojo said.

"She has a point there"brynn said. Lauren started walking over to us.

"Hey Mackenzie" she said.

"Hi Lauren"I said. We were leaning against my locker.

"So I wondering if you want to hang out after school"she said.

"Sure but can my friends come"I said.

"No Mac-"brynn started.

"Yeah of course they seem really nice" Lauren said. The bell ring. We walked to history since it was our first class.

"Ok class today you will have a project it's on the entire world. You will be with a partner and I will give you a specific state or content you must find the history about and what religion is mainly practice there also what is there main resources. And ect."the teacher said. I rest my head on my close fist.

"Ok partners Mackenzie Ziegler and johnny orlando you guys have Afghanistan" the teacher said. I look back and saw johnny. I didn't even know Johnny was in this class. That's go to show how much I pay attention to people in this class.

"Ok get to work"the teacher said. Johnny walked up to me.

"Hey" he said.

"Hi"I said still looking forward.

"Look I will do the project and just put your name on it"I said.because honestly I didn't want to work with anyone I work better alone. People are a distraction.

"No it's a partnership that's means we both have to do it"he said. I rolled my eyes. I know later on I will just have to do this project all by myself.

"Fine when do you want to meet"I asked looking at him.

"How about tonight"he said.

"Sorry I am already hanging out with your sister and my friends"I said.

"Then tomorrow after school ok? I will pick you up straight away"he said. I shook my head half listening to what he said.

"Mackenzie look at me"he said. I look over at him.

"Why are you so quiet and so enclose"he asked. I was token back by that question.

"N-no reason"I studder.

"There always a reason"he said.

"Why would you care. In fact why you care about a girl like me. I am just an average person you are a basketball player a popular person a prep and stuck up snob that cares for no one other than their own kind" I snapped. I slammed my hands on the desk and scoot my chair back. I stormed out of the room. I walked around the halls. After a few minutes I return back to the class everyone was looking at me. Brynn and jojo walked up to me.

"Are you ok"brynn asked me.

"Yeah I am fine" I lie I hate lying. It's one of my morals to never lie. But I guess sometime it's ok to brake your moral. The bell ring for second class. I picked up my bag and walked out of there as fast as I possibly could. Everyone must have heard my out burst. I didn't care. I walked to my next class which is math. I got in there and sat down. Soon the class started to fill with people. I have zero friends in my next two classes. No one wants to be friends with the freak or the weirdo. Maddie has tons of friends she just never brings them around because our family situation. She doesn't want her school life and her home life to mix. I can't blame her. That's why I the quite girl. I'm the shy girl that nobody wants to talk to. Brynn and jojo was the only two brave people to give me a chance. I had tons of friends before my dad left and I cut myself off from the world. I completely wiped my face off of planet earth. Brynn and jojo were the only ones who stuck around. That's the day I found out who were my true friends were. Now it's just me and them against the world.
