16. Cracking knuckles is often considered as comforting habit or attention-seeking sign.

17. Interwoven clenched fingers indicates frustration, negativity, anxiousness.

18. Index finger and thumb touching at tips is generally seen to be the 'OK' signal, similar to the 'thumbs up'.

19. Thumb(s) up is a signal of positive approval, agreement, all well.

20. Thumbs down shows disapproval, failure.

21. Thumb(s) clenched inside fist(s) tends to indicate self-comforting frustration, insecurity.

22. Hand held horizontally and rocked from side to side- Signalling that a decision or outcome, normally finely balanced and difficult to predict or control, could go one way or another.

23. Rubbing hands together indicates anticipation, relish.

24. Hand(s) clamped over mouth showssuppression, shock.

25. Touching nose, while speaking can indicate mild embellishment or fabrication. Also considered as lying or exaggeration.

26. Scratching nose, while speaking is a warning sign, unless the person genuinely has an itchy nose. Often exhibited when recounting an event or incident. 

 27. Pinching or rubbing nose, while listening- people displaying this gesture probably have something to say but are choosing not to say it yet.

28. Picking nose indicates day-dreaming, inattentive, socially disconnected, stress.

29. Pinching bridge of nose shows negative evaluation.

30. Hands clamped on ears signify a reluctance to listen and/or to agree with what is being said or to the situation as a whole. The gesture is occasionally seen by a person doing the talking, in which case it tends to indicate that other views and opinions are not wanted or will be ignored.
