Forsaken By My Destiny

Chapter 5

At least 1 art credit is required for graduation at this school. Since it was half way through the semester I had to take two art classes for it to count. I've never really been a fan of art since I'm not really good at it. I could tell half of the students are only taking this class for the credit along with me. The other half were Marcus' friends. I learned over lunch that they called their squad "The Crunchies" but that's a stupid name. They somehow assumed I was now in their squad too. No matter where I decided to sit, The Crunchies would follow.

"Hello, my name is Sam. Marcus might of told you about me?" Sam smiled shyly at me. I recall Marcus bragging about his wonderful girlfriend.

"Yeah, you're Marcus' girlfriend right? I thought you'd be prettier from the way he described you though." So it was kind of an unnecessary low blow but it's been a long day and I was getting tired of being polite.

"HEY! DARUDE! Don't listen to him Sam, you're beautiful unlike this jerk." Alexa was quick to defend her friend. It was admirable.

"YEAH ASSHOLE! What's your deal? Sam you're perfect don't even with this edgelord." Another one of the Crunchies, Skye, defended Sam.

I was quickly bombarded with insults but I didn't really care, I got the message. They weren't a group you'd want to mess with, their bond is a strong one.

It was finally the last class of the day. I decided to take Japanese Language since I needed the foreign language credit still. At least with learning Japanese I could watch anime without subtitles.

"Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto. Oh wait that's your brother" I looked up from my notes to see someone greeting me.

"Konichiwa Darcus, the name's Cav." Cav wore a pokemon hat, with a naruto shirt. He had an annoying southern accent. Weeaboo

"Cav please shut up everytime you talk you take away a year of my life." I look to the side to see Sage, one of the Crunchies, moving their stuff to sit farther away from Cav.

"I agree with Sage." I said as I followed suit and moved away from Cav.

"Oh come on guys don't be like that." But Cav stay where he was seated.

So I guess not all the Crunchies get along as well as I thought.
