Chapter 7

I decided to check out the Anime Club hoping that it wouldn't be full of freshmen weebs. As I entered the club room I spotted Angela waving at me. I sat down at a desk next to her.

"I'm so glad you choice to join this club Darcus-senpai. We're watching one of my favorite animes today! Assassination Classroom!" She put up her hand and made a pawing motion like a cat.

"I'm just checking this club out I haven't decided whether I want to join it or not, although I think I'm changing my mind." I spotted Cav getting the computer setup for the anime. I wanted to be disappointed at Angela and her otaku like behavior but there was something charming about her.

"Well there's a lot more to this club than just watching anime, we're planning a trip to an anime convention this summer. You should go with us! I just wish there was a creepy pasta convention or even club, the closest thing we have is the occult club butt they don't focus on that sort of stuff." She got out her phone and showed me her favorite creepy pasta stories. She also showed me a video game about a character called "Bendy" who is trying to kill their creator.

"You don't really look like the type of person who'd be into this kind of stuff." I told her. She was just too cutesy to look the part.

"Well Darcus, looks can be deceiving." She gave a mischievous smile as her turned her attention back to her phones as she showed off her drawings of her favorite characters.

Assassination Classroom was interesting, I think I'll go to the next club meeting. I have to catch up of what good animes there are anyways.
