Prologue

"Hey, can we join my new friend Jungkook into the group? He is a new student! Please?" Taehyung pouts and looks at the other hyungs with his puppy dog eyes. They were all sitting in the cafeteria since it was lunchtime. "Well of course! The more the merrier." Namjoon smiles at him, happy to let someone new join their group. Taehyung grins with his adorable rectangular-ish smile. He turns to the other table where Jungkook was sitting all alone, eating his lunch. He waves his hand at him to catch his attention and he was able to notice. Taehyung then mouthed 'Come here'. Jungkook smiles and he heads over to the other table with his tray of lunch on hand.

He sits down quietly and mumbled a 'Hi' since he was nervous and shy since it was his first time meeting Taehyung's friends. "This is Jeon Jungkook!" Taehyung introduces wrapping an arm around Jungkook's shoulders. "Hello Jungkook! Welcome to Seoul Academic High!" Namjoon welcomed him sincerely. Jungkook bows shyly, thanking him. "I am Kim Namjoon." He introduces himself first. "I am Kim Seokjin but, call me Jin. I am the most handsome in the group." Jimin elbowed Seokjin which made Jungkook smile and chuckle softly. "I'm Min Yoongi, you probably already know me in class." Jungkook nods at him. "I am the most popular there." He brags out. "Since you always sleep in class." Jungkook added in a soft voice which made the others laugh. "Come on! Why did you have to say that? They would've believed me that I'm finally popular in class." He whines, nearly jumping up and down on his seat. "Yeah we believe you, just when you are asleep." Jimin repeated and they laugh again. Jungkook just showed the sweetest smile. "Moving on, I'm Jung Hoseok, the hope of the group!" He smiles gleefully. "And I'm Park Jimin, I'm born in Busan." He introduced. "Me too" Jungkook replied. Jimin points a finger at Jungkook, triggered. "Hey! Don't copy me!" He says and they laugh at him.

"Now you know all of us!" Taehyung looks at the younger one and smiles. "What should we do later?" Hoseok asks. "Let's play Jenga at my house?" Namjoon suggests. "No, no. You would just lose." Seokjin says declining the suggestion. Namjoon slammed his hand at the table standing up. "Come on, face it hyung, you ARE the 'God of Destruction'." Jimin said. "That's true." Namjoon replies hating to admit that it is the truth and sits back down. They all laugh again.

Jungkook never felt so happy in his life. He finally feels accepted knowing that he would have friends to be with him and to guide him. He wished that their friendship will never break apart. That their friendship will last forever.

But things changed...
