Dangerous

He was dangerous.

His pools of gold swirling in dark muddy depths, glinting like a sly predator. His eyes resting steadily on his prey, gaze sharp enough to make him tense and shiver with agitation. He let out an inaudible sigh, mouth slightly open, breathing in the sweet scent of unease.

He prowled forward, through a messy jungle of fiber, the tiny sound of his fingertips and toes tapping randomly on to the smooth wood. His prey shifted once again, deep blue eyes darting around, looking for anything out of place. Left, right, down, up. North, east, south, west.

It made no difference.

There was no escape.

Glowing orbs never wavering, he got in position, resting comfortably on his haunches. He waited for his prey to let down his guard, to think that everything is all right, to think he's safe. He waited...for the moment to strike.

And there he stayed, staring down his prey, eyes never blinking. A shaky sigh escaped his target's lips, pale knuckles becoming an even brighter shade of white as they curled, "I know you're hiding...I'm not in the mood..."

A sharp intake of breath. His target knew he was here, he needs to be more careful next time. His eyebrows furrowed with determination. No matter, his target cannot pinpoint his direct location. Taking him by surprise was still an option, he thought as he lowered himself stealthily.

Pale lips straightened in frustration, "If this is another one of your tricks, I'm not falling for it!" His victim shouted, turning his back to look behind.

Grave mistake.

"...Gon, where-ACH!"

A gleeful smile played onto the attacker's face, he lunged forward, chest colliding with a shoulder. Lips connecting with a pink cheek as his tan arms wrapped around his unsuspecting friend. They landed loudly onto the fuzzy carpet, a tangle of limbs, one trying to free himself, the other pulling him back down.

"Gon! Sto-! Wh-what are y-!" Killua screeched, trying to nudge and squirm his way out, a blush rising to his ears.

No use. Whenever he pushed an arm down, another arm would grab onto his torso. And when that arm went down, a leg would hook onto him just as tightly. He tried standing up, but he would trip over to limbs that clung to him like a life line. Teasing giggles erupted from the boy clinging to his side.

Still, he glared and continued to struggle some more, freezing when he heard Gon slowly breath in, "No. No, no, no. Gon Freecs don't you DA-!!!"

Gon smiled mischievously through puffed cheeks, blowing a sloppy raspberry on the shell of his friend's ear.

Killua Zoldyck, the assassin, honest to god squeaked. He stretched his neck away as far as he can, only to yelp in horror as a hand pulled his head back to its former position.

"PPPFTTFTTFTTFT!"

The breath tumbled out of Killua's lungs in a large whoosh, followed by light squeals which eventually transitioned to uneven peals of laughter. An uncontrollable grin spread across his face, mouth opened widely, and face scrunched cutely. Gon smiled happily, pressing a messy kiss onto Killua's red ear. He then kissed the skin between his ear and jaw, littering the giggling boy with sweet pecks.

Killua groaned, a smile still stuck on his face as he tried to avoid all the affection, nose crinkling in stubbornness, "Whahaha...W-why do you always...do that?" He huffed, pouting a little.

"You seemed sad!" Gon replied with another peck to the nose, "It makes me sad."

Killua scrunched his eyebrows playfully, blowing a harsh gust of air onto Gon's forehead, "Sounds pretty selfish to me."

"Hey! That's not nice!"

"Ah, boo-hoo."

They stared at each other before breaking out in to giggles once again, casually entwining their fingers, nuzzling softly against one another's cheeks.

Killua chuckled gently, "I hate you..." he whispered, clutching Gon even closer, digging his face into the fuzzy black streaks of hair.

"Noooo you don't." Gon retaliated childishly.

"Yeeeees, I totally hate you."

"Okay...Then why are you hugging me?"

"You shall die a slow and painfully excruciating death." Killua said ominously, narrowing his eyes in a threatening way, "I'm going to kill you. With...kindness..." He whispered.

"But that's my job!" Gon whined, kissing Killua's neck as if to prove his point, "You can't compete with me."

The younger boy flushed slightly, "How do you know?"

"I flood you with love everyday! How could I not know?" Teased the other, cupping Killua's cheek and angling his blue eyes to meet with golden ones, "Hmmm? Tell me."

Killua stared deeply back at his friend's face, a smirk sliding onto his features, "Doesn't mean I can't try." He hummed, cheekily leaning in to capture the pair of lips in front of him.

Pleasantly surprised, Gon smiled back competitively as they broke away, "Hit me with all you got, Snowstorm."

"Snowstorm? Are you serious right now?"

"Well, would you prefer Pom-pom or Kitty-cat?"

"Shut your mouth, Tiny Doggo."

"No thanks, Bluemoon."

"Cuddle Cakes."

"Pretty Boy."

"Golden Child."

"Snowflake! Fluffball! Adorable Marshmallow!"

"Why you!" Killua growled, "You can't escape me now, Ticklish Cutie!" He roared, slipping his hands under Gon's shirt.

"Hey! No! That's not fahahahair!" Gon laughed, feet digging into the ground, hands trying to pry away the offending fingers.

"Deal with it!" shouted Killua, gliding nimble digits against caramel skin.

Gon's voice filled the atmosphere with a light hearted feeling, so carefree and cheery, making the remaining small traces of Killua's negativity disappear in just a flash. He flipped on top, pinning the sweet boy under him, face flushed.

"Hihihihis thahat...all you got?" Gon giggled, sticking out his tongue, confident, despite their positions.

Killua raised his eyebrow casually, "Ha. You wish." He scoffed, bending down to kiss the giddy smile off Gon's face.

But of course, Gon just seemed to beam even brighter, cute grin containing a constellation of completely adorable freckles. Killua smiled back, lacing their fingers back together as he brushed his lip affectionately across Gon's warm skin.

"Killuaaaa. It tickles!" Gon whined, scrunching his eyes, pursing his lips as his cheeks puffed up a bit.

"Looks like there's a new predator in town." Killua whispered, breath ghosting over Gon's ear, "Be careful." He continued, eyes glinting dangerously.

Gon snickered, arms pulling Killua down into another kiss, thin lips wavering just as wickedly...

"As if you can compete with me."
