Kennedy rounded the corner just in time as she was irritated like hell at her step sister. The rowdy crowd rushing past, bulldozed their way through. She rolled her eyes as she heard her irritating step sister Alicia squeal like a stuck pig being surprised.
They weren't at the mall together, Alicia heard where she was going and got in her own car and drove on her own, following. They never got along together since they first met, Alicia had been a nasty spoiled bitch right from the very start.
Ken headed to do her shopping, now that Alicia couldn't follow her. Once her purchases were made, Kennedy headed to eat. She walked around a corner and nearly threw up seeing Alicia. She took out her phone and took picture as she walked up to the couple making out, shaking her head.
When security caught them, Alicia the slut was caught red handed. Kennedy sent the photos to her mother and hightailed it from the mall.
She met up with Nate and they ate together before having to part seeing as his father mind linked him. She and Nate were not labeling what they had together, they both hadn't found their true mates.
They kissed and parted ways, Nate heading to the pack house while she had other shopping to do. They had made arrangements for meeting up later.
At dinner, Alicia had nothing but bad things to say about Kennedy, ruining the evening. The dinner guests at the dinner party were not impressed with the likes of Alicia as Kennedy didn't reply to a single thing.
Her mother was pissed and her step dad was looking at Kennedy like Alicia wanted him to, like she was tainted. Kennedy stood first and said to her step dad Hyatt that his daughter needed a hefty shot of birth control and one for a heat since she was acting so out of sorts.
She left the room, apologizing to the guests first for having to hear the slanderous lies and inappropriate personal differences at the dinner table. She shook her head and left the room, hearing Alicia curse and call out more lies.
She never confronted Alicia and never once spoke of anything that she caught Alicia doing or saying. Hyatt was biased, he thought his daughter was the perfect regal princess, well until that night as she texted her mom to have Alicia taken for a drug test as that night's performance was over the top.
Kennedy made a run for it, left the house before Alicia could follow, the little bitch was just horrible that night. Soon she was in a club with Nate, each of their day's were horrid by the look on Nate's stiffened moody expression before he saw her.
They stood in a dark corner and just held each other. Nate taking in her scent that soothed he and his wolf. His scent wiped out what she had scented on Alicia, who blurted out and rubbed it in that at least Alicia had a freaking sex life, to the shock of her dad's gasp.
As soon as they could, Nate grabbed her hand and they slipped away, the pack Warriors lost them in the crowded room. Too many overbearing scents kept the pack Warriors from sniffing them out.
They ended up in a hotel room. They couldn't go to either of their homes, his father was so angry Nate hadn't found his true mate yet and wouldn't appreciate seeing her with him. Then there was her home, where Alicia was and she couldn't bring Nate there.
The first thing she said was for him to strip down to his shorts as she felt he was stressed and she'd give him a body massage. He ordered room service and stripped. Just seeing him near naked, had her heart beat faster.
Of course he heard her reaction and grinned. With drinks, Kennedy stripped as well, down to her lingerie, then she made Nate lie face down on the bed. She got out her lotion, rubbed her hands together to warm them up and straddled his butt.
