[Text between Emma/Amelia]

E: Mama is on board to go to LA!

A: Yay! but we got a problem, mommy has been dating this girl.

E:WHAT???

A: She wants to introduce her to us at the party :/

E: You gotta break them up. 

E: I think Mama is bringing Lucy.

A: They are still together?

E: yeah...We HAVE to do something Lia!

A: Can you FaceTime?

I'm in my office checking out some last minute scheduling conflicts and tying up some loose ends. I hate when I have to miss Amelia's school events or activities because of work. Lauren and I have tried extremely hard to not let our public life get in the way of our personal lives. 

This one has to be one of my favorites of Lauren and Amelia. She had a show in LA, surprising Amelia by asking her to come up on stage with her. She loved it and ever since it's been their tradition, when Lauren has a show she always welcomes the girls on stage with her! I always loved her motherly instincts that just come so naturally for her. I'm glad that just because we didn't necessarily work out like I had hoped, we made it our priority to be great co-parents to our amazing daughters.

I hear my phone ring and speaking of the devil its Lauren herself. I smile while answering

"Hey Laur"

"Hey, how're things going?"

"Good, I was just tying some loose ends on scheduling. Will you come down for July 4th? I was thinking of taking the girls to Disney."

"Yeah that sounds good. Did you ok the girls having their party at your new place?"

I giggle "Yes, Lia's really excited! I already texted all the girls and they are going to be in town so they will bring the kids too. My parents are excited to see you guys."

"Yeah! Us too, my parents will fly out the week of-"

"Yep, Clara already called me. They're staying here, we've got plenty of room. You're staying the whole week right?"

"Actually we're gonna stay at a nearby hotel. I'll be with Amelia from the moment she wakes up till the moment she goes to bed everyday, the rooms just for us to sleep in. I wouldn't assume Lucy and I are staying there so it's just easier this way."

"Oh....yeah sure ok sounds good. Um-" I was kinda taken back, I didn't know she was back with Lucy and even more surprising that she was coming to LA with Lauren and Emma.

"Camila?"

"Huh? Yeah?"

"Is that ok....that Lucy comes along?" Lauren asks "I wouldn't want to impose or make things weird."

" No of course not, yes she's welcomed." I say but I'm not sure who I'm trying to convince more her or myself.

"Ok, thanks Camz. I really appreciate you being so cool about her. Do you think Lia will be ok?"

I giggle "I'll talk to her. She'll be nice I promise."

"Alright, I'm heading out of the studio and back home so I'll see you soon. Our flight leaves early so be ready for your cranky daughter!" 

"Alright see you guys soon, besos for Emma."

It's the morning of the week of the girls' birthday and Amelia and I are on our way to pick up Emma and Lauren. We hurriedly walk into the very busy airport thanks to LA traffic, we finally get inside to see that their flight got delayed a bit.

"C'mon babe lets sit here and just wait. It shouldn't be too long."

"Mommy...I had a dream last night."

"Oh yeah? About what?"

She starts to shy away a bit, I tickle her till I hear her raspy giggle, she gets that from her Mama; music to my ears "So tell me sweets, what was your dream about?"

"I dreamed that you and Mama were back together. We were all together and happy."

I am about to answer when I hear someone calling Amelia's name. It was Lauren and Emma...with Lucy. Emma up front happily making her way towards us; my baby! Behind her Lauren and Lucy approach us hand in hand...Amelia notices as well. She loves her Mama no doubt she just wishes the four of us were together-

"Mommy?"

I refocus my attention on my daughter next to me "Yeah babe?"

"Do you believe in dreams?"
