Jace starts to fall asleep on Jocelyne when she is telling him a story when she was younger. He tries focusing on staying awake, so he doesn't seen rude and uninterested.

"So yeah, that's how I ended up breaking my left arm when I was younger." He nods and gives her a quick kiss on her jaw before setting his chin on her shoulder to take a quick nap.

She says, "goodnight," and runs her fingers through his hair. 

she watches in amazement as the lights in the amusement park light up the rides and she takes a quick picture. when they get on a roller coaster, she sneakily sets her phone between her thighs and waits until the ride starts to slowly pull it out and wait until the perfect time to snap a picture. 

she puts her phone away as quick as she pulled it out and sits back and enjoys the thrill. they head from one roller coaster to another and then head to the food before starting their way to the entrance. Jocelyne wins a pillow at the age guessing game and Jace wins a white tiger at a bottle toss game. they walk out smiling and laughing about jokes they were making throughout the night. 

"since it's like ten now, do you think I could spend the night?" she asks and looks over at Jace. he nods knowing his mom loves Jocelyne as much as he does. she thanks him and brings her feet up to her chest and leans against the window. 

and to think I was sad just last mid June. she thinks and smiles as Jace's face pops up in her mind right before she tries to go to sleep. 

he laughs quietly and stays right behind his wonderful girlfriend the whole time she walks them to his room. she smacks his arm and says, "will you be quiet? your mother is sleeping and she deserves to not be woken up by her son in the middle of the night." 

he pouts, but opens his door and goes straight to his bed. Jocelyne follows in suit and puts the pillow under her head and looks over at Jace. "sorry for taking so long getting home, traffic sucks at night," Jace says tiredly and all Jocelyne does is kiss his forehead and tell him to sleep. he nods like a little boy and is out like a light in seconds with his hair covering one of his eyes. 

she whispers, "I love you Jace," into the darkness and turns to face him completely and closes her eyes tightly. 

"love you too babe." Jace whispers, almost inaudible, and lets sleep take over his body. 

so i was thinking that I won't post a rewritten chapter of Broken until this book gets 200 reads. it's only 8 more reads, so i don't think it should be much, but lately these chapters only get around 6 views. 

so yea, when this reaches 200 reads I publish a chapter from the written version of Broken.
