- So we can put this in two ways

- #1 - So lets say your running, and you fall. Don't worry okay "shake it off" if theirs a cut its a cut, if it bleeds it bleeds, if it hurts it hurts. A cut isn't worth your life.

- #2 - So insults we all get those. Don't throw a fit and don't hold a grudge its not worth it people have a lower metabolism now so things can get stressful.
