Help!

Chapter- 5

"Who is it?! The Shadow?!" I yelled, hoping Zane would wake up. But he did not.

"Hi , greenie! I got more successful than yesterday. I don't just have Kai, but I have your precious Cole too! MUHAHAHA!!!" The Shadow laughed evilly.

" He's not precious but anyways... Return them back! Or you are finished!" I yelled.

"Submit your powers to me and everything will be over! Lloyd! You will get them back!" The shadow smirked.

" Show me, you have Cole and Kai first!" I yelled unconvinced, isn't Jay with Cole?

" Fine, then, we have to this the hard way..." The Shadow said, rolling his eyes. With that said, he blew a gust of wind at me and instantly, the forest and Zane disappeared. Instead, I found myself in a dark and gloomy cave. It had a sad feeling about it. Like as if this was Hell. I followed The Shadow through a dark entrance. In the cave, I saw a deep green hole. Kai and Cole's body... looks transparent... and they were floating around and around the deep green hole with their eyes closed.

"Is that Kai and Cole?!" I asked The Shadow as I tried to reach them. But as soon as my hand touched some green liquid, my hand started to grow wrinkles. Instinctively, I took back my hands and the wrinkles went away. The other thing I noticed was that there were other transparent people floating in the hole with Kai and Cole as well.

"What...What.. What have you done?!" I yelled at the Shadow. Then I stopped, what if Kai and Cole are dead?! I brushed that idea aside. If they died, no point threatening me, right?

"Are they... dead?" I asked softly.

"Nope, well not yet. I decided to place them in there so they can't escape. Oh, and if you hadn't noticed, their bodies are there..." The Shadow said and pointed at Kai and Cole's lifeless bodies.

" How can I get them back?" I asked worriedly. The Shadow then said the same thing. About giving up my powers for 24 hours and they would be safe from death.

"I'll agree. But you have to swear that they have to be safe from any harm!"I said, as a leader( well, in training) it is my duty to protect the ninjas.

"Fine, they are safe otherwise you ill get your powers back, ok?" The Shadow finally agreed. He opened his palm and told me that if I agreed, I had to shake his hand.
