The roar of my dragon reached Kai, Jay, Cole and Nya's ears. They ran out to meet me.
"You're late!" Kai muttered, "I refuse to be kept waiting!"
"Yeah! You know how much pain I had, waiting for you to bring a cake for me?" Cole said impatiently.
"I didn't bring cake. Kai told me not to--" I couldn't finish my sentence because Kai nudged me and I decided to keep quiet to avoid further misunderstandings...
"Okay! everyone's here, let's go!" Jay shouted
"Ssssh!!!" Cole, Nya, and Kai said together
"Okay, remember to look out for each other and keep close," I told them while we walked deeper into the forest.
"We're almost there, be careful and keep your volume low!" Kai hissed. We continued walking deeper into in the forest. Kai gave a signal and we followed him down a hole.
"Ow!" Cole shrieked. We turned around and saw Cole on the ground, clutching his arm.
"What happened?" Nya asked Cole
"That insect bit me... Now my hand is numb... " Cole muttered.
"I'll kill it!" Kai yelled. He jumped up and smacked the insect. kai killed it!
"Great job, bro!" Nya cried
"Can't move..." Cole murmured. I picked him up on my back and carried him.
"Let's go!" I cried.
