Trouble.

Chapter Four ~

Zoe walked into English, actually feeling happy for once. She sat down next to her friend, Alyssa, and the two started making small talk.

"So have you seen the new boys? H-O-T is all I can say!" Alyssa laughed and Zoe did too, agreeing with her. "There! Him! He's one of the new boys!" Alyssa almost exclaimed and pointed to the boy who walked in. Zoe raised her eyebrows. "Holy shit he is hot! What's his name?" Zoe asked, not taking her eyes off of him. "Mitch. He's Canadian. Moved over with some boy Jason." "Are you serious? That's the gorgeous boy Savannah was going on about?!" Zoe sighed, slightly annoyed. 

Mitch sat down with the group of popular boys, go figure. Zoe and Alyssa couldn't stop staring at them, but eventually tried to do some work. Every once and a while, when Zoe wasn't looking, Mitch would stare at her or steal glances. Alyssa looked up from her work to notice Mitch looking at Zoe. "Psst! Zoe! He's staring at you." She whispered and Zoe looked up, meeting Mitch's eyes. Her breath was caught in her throat and she blushed a very bright shade of red. Mitch chuckled from across the room and winked at Zoe, only making her cheeks darker.

She was totally frozen, and didn't even know how to respond. The bell had rung, finally time for lunch. Zoe stood up, starting to calm down a bit. "See ya Zoe!" Alyssa smiled as she left the room. Zoe simply waved and packed up her things. 

"Excuse me?" A deep voice said from behind Zoe. She turned around to see Mitch standing behind her. "Hi...?" She said, looking up at him. "You're Zoe, right?" "Y-yea?" "Savannah was talking about you." Mitch smiled. "Really?" She giggled. "Yea! I kinda like her, I dunno yet. Is she looking for anyone?" Zoe looked at him, shocked and confused. "I-uh... Dunno. She doesn't talk about her realtionships much..." Zoe shrugged. "You'll have to find out yourself." She said and walked out of the room.
