This is set 1 year on from the final episode...eveything is great untill a familiar face shows up and leaves everyone wanting answers. (read to find out more)
Katherines p.o.v Its been a night of terror and no sleep. My mind torturing me with the memory of that day, over and over again. I push that horror aside and decide that Im not going to get back to sleep, so instead I decide to go for a run. Its 5:30am, not your average time for a run. I get changed in my sports clothes that I pick out of my closet.

I put on my black nike sport leggings, my faded top with my blue under jacket, my grey over coat and my nike trainers. I go to the kitchen and grab a botle of water before grabbing my arm band and heading out the front door. I put in my headphones and put my phone in its armband before stretching. A few minutes later I start off at a light running pace.
The sun is starting to rise as I realise its 6:00am. Ive been running for 20 minutes so I decide to stop on a bridge and take a rest. I have a drink and look at the view. The memories start to flood back so I take of running so I dont cry. I run for another 35minutes before I return home to get ready for work.
When I get home I pick out my outfit for work before heading to have a shower.

I use alot of makeup to cover my exhausted face. I change into my black jeans, black t-shirt with a diamond on it, my black combat boot and my black hooded leather jacket. I aslo pack my trainers, gym shorts and top, incase I decide to have a workout later. I grab my handbag and decide to drive today as I cant be bothered to ride my motorcycle. I pick up my keys and phone and head outside to my other baby.

I turn on the engine and hear it roar to life. I rev the engine a few times before speeding away to the ARC. I stop of to get coffee first before continuing to the Arc. I arrive 20 minutes later. I grab my sunglasses and sling them over my eyes before grabbing my bag and exiting the car. I walk straight to my office to put my bag in my locker before walking to the control room. Before I even get there, the ADD alarms roar throughout the building. I pick up the pase a little and arrive last into the control room. "What have we got?" I say, getting odd stares in my direction. Everyone is still looking at me funny so I turn to Jess and say, "Jess? Where is it?" She refocuses on her computer and pulls up a map, alerting up to the location of the anomaly. We grab our black boxes and coms and head for the cars. Jess' voice comes over our coms, "The anomaly is at an abandoned building. Location should be loaded into the cars GPS" "Thanks Jess" Matt says whilst opening the car door. I go to get in the back of Matts car when Becker looks to me and shouts, "Kat, with me" he then gets in the drivers seat of his vehicle. I look at him shocked for a moment before running over to his car and climbing in the passenger seat. I put on my seatbelt and he drives away. Its only when we leave the carpark that I see its only me and Becker, his soliders must be meeting us there.
The first few minutes of the 20 minute drive are spent in complete silence. At a red light Becker looks to me and says, "Whats going on Kat?" I look down at my hands for a few seconds before answering, "Nothing, Im fine" He sighs before speaking again, "Seriously Kat, you cant lie to me..." He says whilst continuing to look at the road ahead. See Becker is like an older brother to me, hes been there for me whenever I need him. I cant lie to him because he knows when Im lying. I take a few minutes to think before I speak again, "I...I just had a bad night thats all. Bad dreams, bad memories popped into mind and I didnt get any sleep" I say, trying my hardest not to cry. He looks to me sympathetically. "You know Im here if you wanna talk?" He says squeezing my hand. "I know and I cant, not now anyway" I say, taking a deep breathe.
The rest of the journey is spent in silence. When we arrive, we get out and head to the backifthe truck get our EMDs. I go to walk off towards the others but Becker ingulfs me in a hug. We seperate before Becker heads over to the others, nobody will think anything becasue they know Beckers like a brother to me and he and Jess have been dating for just under a year now. I take a few seconds to compose myself before joining the others.
"Right I want everyone to split up into pairs and do a section on the building. Beckers men will secure the outisde and exits whilst we clear the inside. Becker you and Kat take section 1, Abby and Emily I want you to take section 2 and me and Connor will take section 3." Matt says poiting to the marked out sections on the map of the building. We nod and split into our pairs. Before going in Becker grabs the locking mechanism.
We head to section 1 and its not long before we find the anomaly in the middle of the open room. We set the locking mechanism up and turn it on locking the anomaly. We make sure the rest of our section it clear before returning to the anomaly. The others soon join us, bringing a small unknown creature with them. We push the creature back through the anomaly. I turn to the others and say, "Does anyone else feel like this isnt over yet? That this whole thing has been way too easy?" They all nod with agreement.
We go to relock the anomaly, where we find the locking mechanism isnt working. Matt runs off to the truck to get a replacement device. Its only been a few minutes when we all raise our EMDs towards the anomaly as we know somethings about to come through. A few second later a man, in his late twenties/early thirties walks through the anomaly...
