Chapter 14
(Niall POV)
I watched Bella's retreating figure, slowly turning into a cold, emotionless being the furthur she walked away from me. Leaving me behind. I could hear the soft snifflings of the girls as they were being held by my mates. I had no one to hold, nor did I have anyone to hold me. To be honest, it sucked worse than anything I had whey felt before. The girl I wanted to hold, to be held by was currently on plane, heading thousands of mile away from me. I just wanted someone to hold me, to tell me things were going to be okay, that the next four months wouldn't break me, that I wasn't really dying on the inside. Even though that's how it felt.
I didn't realize that I had a torrent of tears streaming down my face until Liam's face appeared in my clouded vision, and he tentatively reached out a hand to wipe my tears. It was no use though, they never stopped. I didn't know if they ever would. He looked at me with such pity, and I leaned into his shoulder like a small child, wrapping my arms roughly around his waist. I buried my head into his shoulder as he rubbed my back.
"Its going to be okay Nialler, its going to be okay." He whispered into my ear in comfort.
"Its not going to be okay." I replied with such hoarseness. "She's gone. What if she just forgets about me? What am I going to do?"
"Niall, you need to calm down! She's in love with you! She will never forget about you. You must have faith, understand?"
I nodded my head, which was still in his shoulder. "Okay.. I'll try."
I leaned back to see him smiling. "Good. Now, his about we all go grab some food, Nandos? Does that sound good Niall?"
I smiled lightly, nodding my head. "Aye.. that sounds good."
"Good, its settled." Liam said as we all turned our backs on the plane that was already climbing up higher and higher into the sky.

Things have not been going to well. Well, they had been, at first. Bella and I texted constantly, and we skyped up to five times a week. I watched her rising fame in the US, her new single, Gone Away, reaching the number one spot in merely four days after its release. She also commented on our bands rising fame, our Arms tour such a huge hit that we were adding extra dates next year, these stretching across Europe.
However... one day... she didn't text me good morning. She wouldn't response to any of my texts, nor any of my calls. I got extra worried, being the kind of guy I am, and began questioning the lads about what was happening. They too had suddenly stopped receiving texts from her. We asked the girls, and the same was happening with them. It was like she had just disappeared.
We sat around worried when the silence had lasted a week. Finally, the girls decided something bad had happened. However, she still updated her twitter, was still doing interviews, still appearing on covers of magazines. They concluded that someone was forcing her to not speak to us.
Well, we let the girls do their thinking. We, however, had music to focus on. We performed every other night, to thousands of cheering and screaming fans. I really had no time to even be thinking about Bella. But, people began questioning what was wrong between us, why we hadn't contacted each other. With that, she was always on my mind. Always in the back of my mind...

"What do you mean, we're going over there?"
"That's what management said."
"But that's crazy! We just got done with this tour!"
"I know lads, I know.. they think its for the best though."
