"No, stop, please!!!! What are you doing?!!!?!?!? NOOO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!! ANYBODY!!!!!!!"
I'm jolted awake by the sound of my own screaming and I shoot up in my bed. I'm shaking and sweating and my heart is beating a million times a minute. I place my hand on my chest to try and calm myself down as the memories of the nightmare fade away. What the hell do these mean? I'm always set in the woods somewhere. Some guy is dragging me away and everyone around me is just staring at me. Then their faces disappear. All of them. And no one comes to help me.
I shake my head of the thoughts and lie back down on my bed. I take deep breaths before deciding that won't work and instead I put my phone on the dock on my nightstand and turn on my music. I just shuffle it and let it play considering I have to be up in two hours anyway.

"Hey honey. I'm just calling to let you know that your father and I have made an appointment for you with the doctor for a physical for the competition. We know Lorelai usually does it but she asked us to. It's today at four-thirty, Lorelai's going to let you off at regular time. See you then. Love you." My mom's voice cuts off from the speaker as the voicemail ends. I look at the clock and see that it's one already.
However, my lunch is over now and I have to get back to work. Through Lorelai's direction, I run short program then long then short then long and so on until four. Straight runs for the rest of the week. Friday I get the day off considering Sunday I won't and also to let my body rest a little bit before competition. It's Wednesday now so I just have one more day of practice to get through.
At four o'clock my parents walk through the door and come over to me on the benches. "Hi sweetheart." Dad says, kissing the top of my head.
"Hey. So we have to get a physical for the competition? What about the one we got last year? And I never recall us having to get a physical for any other competition."
"New rule this year. Come on, let's go." Mom says as she grabs my bag for me. "Oh, and drink this. The doctor is requiring that you drink a full bottle of water." She hands me a large reusable water bottle and I open it before taking generous gulps from it. I don't bother telling Harry about the appointment since we should be back before six, when he thinks I get off from practice.
I get in the back seat of the car as dad starts driving to the office. Halfway through the car ride I get so tired that it's unbelievable. I guess it's just from all of the longer practices because by the time we pull onto the street my heads lolls to the side and I fall asleep.
~~~Sebrina's POV~~~
"Relax, it will work. It worked last time. It has to work this time." I say as Ian pulls into the driveway of Dr. Sondrovich's house. It's in the suburbs of Charleston, just a bit west than us. "Ian, help her out, but don't wake her completely. We just need her responsive for the procedure." Ian gets out of the driver's side to pull Sutton from the backseat.
So what if we had to put something in her water bottle to get her to fall asleep? The most important thing is that we need to get this procedure over and done with. She needs to forget again.
Ian drags a barely awake Sutton up the steps of the house as I ring the doorbell. "Sebrina, Ian, come in." He says, ushering us in the door. The musty room gives me a harder time breathing, but that's probably just me and my asthma, something Sutton gratefully didn't receive from me. "Put her in my office on the couch." He instructs. I help Ian do as he says and lie her on the couch. "Right, now stand over in the corner. I need total concentration. And keep silent." We back up and stand watching in the corner.
Dr. Sondrovich is a short, plump man. He has a large caterpiller-like mustach on his top lip with a bald spot on the back of his head from his age of 57. He has rectangular glasses on the bridge of his nose and his dark brown suspenders look a little bit too tight, as usual.
