I'm woken up by the sound of monitors beeping at a rapid rate and I look up to see Harry struggling to breathe. "Oh my God, Harry. HELP!!! SOMEONE, PLEASE, HELP!!!!" I scream as I run towards the closed door that leads to the hallway. "PLEASE, WE NEED SOME HELP IN HERE, NOW!!!!!" A pack of nurses looks my way and then they start running towards me. I step back to let them in and they crowd around Harry's small bed.

"Miss, we need you to leave," one of them says. I shake my head and a different one comes to gently usher me out the door by my shoulders, closing it in my face.

I cover my mouth with my hands and look to my left when I hear my name being called by Gemma. "Sutton!! What's wrong, what's happening?" she asks.

"I don't know. He let me fall asleep and I just woke up to a bunch of beeping noises and I looked up and he couldn't breathe and I called people in and they kicked me out and I don't know what's going on."

"That bloody bastard better not die," she mutters through gritted teeth.

"You're speaking for both of us, babe," I say before we both turn to look through the small rectangular window carved in the door. Not ten seconds later we hear bustling down the hall and look to see about three more doctors rushing down the hallway towards us with a crash cart. Gemma and I pull back from the door to let them in and I turn to face the wall before pounding my fists on them in fear and frustration.

"Sutton, where is he, what happened?" My face turns to look at Karly running down the hall with the last person I want to see: Hastings.

"You. You get the HELL OUT OF HERE before I kick your ass again," I yell through my clenched jaw.

"Easy Fiesty Pants, she didn't do anything and neither did I," Hastings defends, stepping in front of Karly to push me back by my shoulders gently.

"Don't touch me," I say through my teeth.

"Okay, okay." Hastings holds up his hands in surrender and takes a step back. "Just tell us what happened."

"I swear, if you ask me that one more time I'll-"

"Sutton!" Gemma intervenes. "I think they're being serious. They don't know what's happened."

"Someone's catching on," Karly rolls her eyes as the fading bruises I put on her face a few days ago glisten in the hospital hallway light. I still feel bad about that, even if it is Karly.

"Now. What happened?" Hastings asks calmly.

"We don't know. I went to his dorm room and I found him lying on the ground all bloody and bruised and nearly unconscious. Someone did this to him and we don't know who," Gemma answers.

"I'll kick their ass," Hastings replies.

"Oh please, like you care if Harry's hurt."

"Contrary to what you might think, I do. I know I've hit him myself a few times and he's returned the favor but that's bad blod between us. No one else is allowed to kick his ass but me."

"Oh, how touching." I narrow my eyes at him and growl slightly before turning away. "I doubt he'll want to see you and he's not very stable anyway so you might as well just leave." I sniffle and run my hand under my nose to keep myself from crying all over again.

"No way in hell. When that son of a bitch wakes up I'm going in there, getting names, and then going to go hurt someone so bad that I hope I end up in jail for it. What you don't realize, Sutton, is that that man in there, that crazy bastard, was my best friend. I was there for him when he first moved here from England, there for him when he got in and got out of the Institution, and there for him when his parents died. Believe it or not, I've been there for him more than you have been. That man in there is my brother, and I'm not going anywhere," Hastings says. "And when I find out who put him in here I'm going to tear them apart."
